I'm pretty sure this model is the GZS22IYNFS. Feel free to compare the video with online pictures of the fridge and you be the judge. At Best Buy it is labeled as 21.8 Cu. Ft. At Lowe's it is labeled as 21.9. There are no models to review in the stores, so it is a bit frustrating to learn more about the inner sizes of shelves on this refrigerator, especially in the freezer section. In a Q & A, on the Lowe's website, GE wrote a full shelf is 12 1/4" wide x 13 3/4" deep. I saw some other measurements listed too, in other posts, so it was iffy information. Assuming the fridge model is correct, Diane shows us that the shelf is as deep as a Grey Goose bottle. Looking closely at the bottle, it appears to be the 750 ml version. A Walmart listing says that a 750 ml bottle is 3.01 x 13.05". So the shelf in the freezer probably is a little over 13". We don't know the width, exactly, but even if it wasn't 12 1/4", You could put a 12" frozen pizza box on its side. Important for us frozen pizza lovers. Thanks for the video Diane.
Diane thank you for posting this very detailed review. I was at Lowe’s today and was going to buy it, but hadn’t read any reviews or watched any videos about it. I’m glad I waited; yet excited at the same time. I’m going to purchase it tomorrow...
Thank you for your review, Diane! Definitely more helpful than the generic magazine articles that are really just ads for one of each make. Two years later and there still aren’t many reviews on this model, so I appreciate your taking time to do one! Btw, I did see a comment in a Q&A from GE that while the fridge surface is magnetized, they don’t recommend using magnets on stainless steel because it may scratch (I think it just comes down to the kind of magnet and how careful one is).
Pro tip for your dish washer to fix it...use an oil based stainless cleaner such as Sprayway stainless cleaner found at Wal-Mart. It will take care of your problem.
get stainless steel cleaner for the stainless. you can fix that dishwasher. if you spray on the rag rather than the appliance, it's better good review!
I'm trying to figure out how this differs from the same counter side by side PROFILE model. The Profile has two bins on the freezer bottom whereas this has wire baskets. Frankly, I like the wire baskets because you can see what's in them. The Profile has what they call a "quickspace" shelf and turbo cool along with quick ice but I don't know if all that matters. Could you tell us the model # of your frig? Thank you. I am still trying to decide between the side by side or the French door. I'm used to a side by side.
I have this exact fridge but I went back to the standard depth, counter depth just didn't have enough room, and to answer you question, the LED lights on the dispenser are in the center at the front. not sure what those 3 holes on each side are for.

Hey Diane, how's your refrigerator doing after 2 years?
Make sure to wipe cleaner with the grain
I'm pretty sure I have this same refrigerator. Can you tell me if there are two lights on either side of the dispenser? I think mine are missing.

You need stainless steel cleaner to remove stains and to make it shine
I think this is the same fridge I have but how did you set the temp I know what to press but what do you press to finalize the temp you want ?
Could you demonstrate how the refrigerator doors are removed for cleaning? Thanks.
Hi, is this an energy star rated fridge?
no
What is the model number ?
