Hi Jaz, i had an implant done 4 years ago which was not done properly, it never felt right, the implant and the tooth had significant movement from day one. One of the dentists told me that there isn’t enough bone around the implant to hold it tight/ firm. This is I believe because they grinded the bone too much when doing the implant. What should I do in this case? My age is 38

Best I can advise is see a dentist with experience in implants - its an area I have little expertise in so cannot personally advise

We can celebrate Apple finally going to USB C!
Please can we all agree to tell patients what implant brand, range and size they've had fitted as half of them haven't a clue what's been inserted in their skull. If(/when) there's a prosthetic complication it's a headache. Judging bone levels around different implant systems is a pain too. If we could give them a copy of their 1 month/3 month/1yr periapical - whatever you take as the baseline reference that'd be great.
