I think it would be a great option in the global menu to have the metronome only appear in the headphone out in case someone wants to create a sequence live but not have the audience hear the click. It would be a nice option for the count in to have an option of being two bars in length as well. Really loving the unique sound and functionality of my Minifreak. Bravo, Arturia!

Hi. Is it possible, while creating a sequence, to pull in sounds from different recordings I make? So creating a sequence with a harmonica chord, and my voice, and different drum sounds, etc etc?

great video, thanks, can patterns be chained or called up by an external MIDI sequencer with program change messages?
I think the metronome should auto off if you are not recording or overdubbing but it plays if you hit the play button when you just want to play back your sequence to listen. Going back into the menu to turn it off hinders a live performance.

Editing, it does say what is playing on the screen but a step preview would be so much nicer

Hello, I have these questions.
1.- Sequencer Play/Stop button on the Hardware doesn't trigger the equivalent on Minifreak V.
2.- Arp notes played on the hardware does not sound on the V version.
P.S. Both work well on the Hardware and the V.
Is it possible to send midi notes from the arp to external gear?

How to copy and paste sequence 1 to duplicate it to 64 steps.
With mutate and spice and dice, the Arp can be an instant song machine.
@arturia am I misunderstanding something, or does the Minifreak not (yet?) have the ability to store A/B patterns of sequences? Very useful performance feature for me, so I hope I just haven't discovered it yet, and if not would be in a future firmware update?

Hey, a new user here and having some trouble with the sequencer. I watched this video but it doesn't show you how to delete entire steps/sequences. I was making a 32 step sequence and accidentally added another so now it's 48. I tried clearing all the sounds on the 3rd sequencer option but now it just loops with an empty track. Can someone please tell me how I can edit the length or delete a sequence to shorten it's loop length? And also, how I can change a sound patch to overdub on my current sequence without changing all the sounds on the notes already played on the sequencer? So I can have say 2 or 3 different sound patches playing in one sequence? Thanks for any help!
Bonjour, j'aprécie votre tutoriel. A l'étape 2.47 du pas à pas après l'enregistrement de la séquence, vous relancez le sequenceur et le sequenceur joue les notes enregistrées. Je n'obtiens pas le même résultat avec mon mnifreak. En effet rien ne se passe lorsque j'appuie sur play. Quelque chose m'a peut être échappé ou est ce que mon minifreak a un problème ?. Votre aide serait précieuse. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse.
Please Please Please make the chords output relevant midi, so I can trigger the same chord notes of my other synths at the same time

Great video ! But how do i change the rate of the arpeggiator ? i.e 8th notes, 16th notes etc - sync with internal clock or external DAW ?
Press the tempo knob to switch to time div mode and turn

Hey Arturia! My MiniFreak does not do these animations while doing spice/dice, ARP mode changes. What's the firmware version in this video?
Same. I was about to leave pretty much that exact comment. I haven't noticed any firmware updates yet though. Did you find out anything else by chance?

I can't make "Harp" (42 default on v.2.0 firmwares) real-time sequencing
As step sequencing doesn't allow to keep single tone through sequencing I'm a bit disappointed with these issues

The MF has a manual. I downloaded it 2 days ago when I got it.
They do now, and it’s probably the best manual I’ve had. Definitely night and day compared to anything Native Instruments.
Is there no way to delete a step? I built out an awesome sequence and had all the modulation built out and accidentally added a third step and couldn't get it to go away
Did you find out how?
While the sequence is not playing, enter step recording mode, click on the third step and click the "Hold/Rest" button. I think that's how to do it.
Am I a fool or does he not show us how to save a sequence?
