I use a 260 airinflator. Put the balloon on the nozzle and hold it still......move the body of the pump back and forth, not the nozzle. Give it a try and see if it's easyer for you. That's all I use. And when I put the pump in my apron, I put it with the nozzle up. I grab the nozzle with my right hand and let the body of the pump rest on my right forearm. Then with my left hand I pick up a 260 with my thumb and index finger and roll it on the nozzle tip up to where the nozzle tip widens out to seal the opening. I also use my right hand to help guide the balloon on the tip. Then I inflate the balloon. Leave an uninflated tip for the air to go into. When the balloon is inflated to the length I want, I remove the balloon with my right hand holding the nozzle head with my left hand. To prevent the air from coming out, I grasp the balloon where the neck and body of the balloon meet with my little, ring, and middle fingers,......I squeez the balloon there. Then with my left hand, I grab the rim of the balloon , wrap it counter clockwise under around my index finger and thumb. I then using my thumb, push the rim through the loop, remove my thumb, then pull the knot tight close to the body of the balloon. It my take some practice, but once you get it, you got it. Got it? Slow down, take your time. Read it over until you understand it. That's the simplest way to inflate the balloon and tie the knot. It my sound complicated at first, but don't give up. You'll get it. It took me a while to learn this, but now I can do it in my sleep as they say.
