    YOU ALL NEED TO KNOW THIS!!! I swear by Vitamin D. Since getting more sunshine and supplementing with vitamin d, my health has improved so much. Watch this video and PLEASE comment below or email me HAVE YOU HAD A TOENAIL FUNGUS BEFORE? DO YOU HAVE A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY?
    I have been doing a lot of epsom salt foot soaks for about 30 minutes 3 times a week. I also avoid wearing sweaty shoes as often as possible, so take my closed-toe shoes off after work or exercise. I love doing foot soaks with epsom salt amzn.to/2hDmCcH and tea tree oil amzn.to/2urJwa7 for 30 minutes

      Soak your feet in half cup of Baking soda and half gallon of water in a Tupperware plastic that fits your feet. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
      Soak for 1 hour before bed for a week.
      Never walk barefoot, especially with socks on because the dirt goes from sock to your sneakers and the fungus and odor starts there. Always change socks and remove sneakers when at home and use open air slippers to dry out your feet. Also wear sandals and slippers outdoors sometimes.
      Not always smothering your feet in sweat and darkness in your shoes.
      Also, having more than 1 pair of shoes helps keep shoes fresh as you switch pairs during the week.
      The baking soda water soak will kill the smell instantly the first day. But anything deep under the nails will take about a week of daily soaking.
      Then keep doing it once a week forever after that, so it never comes back. Use a toothbrush under your toenails while soaking. And watch some videos.
      Your spouse can then suck your toes during sex. 😅 You're welcome.😂🎉

    My friend used coconut oil religiously everyday and her fungus disappeared. Granted it took a while but her toenails are back to looking clear, straight and healthy. She would rub coconut oil on her entire feet and massage it into the toenails. After half an hour she would wash it off. Maybe this will work for you guys. I tried it but unfortunately I don’t have her patience and quit. I need to have quick results...

    I don't have a vitamin deviciency. In order to keep the fungus away you have to have a healthy gut. The stuff in the pharmacies do nothing. I am surprised reputable pharmacies still sell them. I got it from my gym. It has nothing to do with what sport you do. It's about humidity in your shoes that allows the fungus to live and get into you. Once it's in, it's there until you do something like take serious oral medication that is hard on the liver. So if soneone has liver problems, they have to get rid of the fungus the hard way, which is also the better way. You must eat really well and go on a proper strict diet. I Would recommend a naturopath. We make the mistake of waiting until we are sick or have a health problem before getting serious about eating properly. That is the stupid way to live. The smart way is to get preventative and prepare for bad things like fungus or other health problems, most of which are much easier to prevent than to cure. You don't have to suffer to be healthy. Just don't eat sugar, especially white sugar. That means no fruit juice or anything made with sugar. Don't eat white bread or anything close to white bread because it becomes sugar almost immediately in your system. Dont be lazy and move your butt as much as possible. It's an easy thing being healthy, almost obvious. I think a big problem is to change from a bad lifestyle because you get into a rut. And the older you get, the harder it gets to change. If you have healthy habits now it will be easy to keep it up but so hard to fix it later once you live an unhealthy life for too long.

    Eat at least one half of a raw organic onion every day or every other and you should see the discolored infection disappear as the nail grows out. You can blend it in a smoothie if you want but just make sure the onion is raw. It’s rough consumption but you will be happy you did later. Keep consuming until the fungus is gone.

    A month of taking 20000 IU to 30000 IU I was able to get rid of chronic bronchitis that would not leave me. I took a milligram of K2 MK4 and 200 micrograms of MK7 along with 500 milligrams of magnesium both citrate and malate and 6 milligrams of boron. That was a few months ago and it has not returned and I have dialed back my dosage to 5000IU to 10000IU depending on how I feel that day. If symptoms come back I will ramp back up to higher dosages.

    Mine was from playing pick up basketball with brand new high tops. ( Years ago. ) The shoes were a bit tight and caused a couple toes to get pinched hard against the inside of the lining. Came home with bloody toes / toenails. Actually, not the first time it's happened in life, but this time toenail fungus verrrrrry slowwwwwly grew on the edge of my big toe then spread across the nail and passed on to (3) more nails on the same foot ( but NOT all 4!? ). And partially to a toenail on the other foot. Strange. It used to be extra-sensitive and especially painful on the fungal big toe, but after a nail or two pulled off that sensitivity is gone. The most annoying thing actually is the thick undergrowth build-up which needs to periodically get soaked and carved out with a pedicure kit.
    Anyway, time to deal with this again ( tried topical treatments, didn't work ). I've read that anything from Listerine soaks to Oil of Oregano dressings to now Vitamin D and maybe even soaking with hydrogen peroxide! I'll try the peroxide + baking soda option and listerine as well. If the fungus creep is finally cured, I'll come back and testify. ( I've learned to live with it, but it is annoying and embarrassing if ever barefoot somewhere in public. )

    Wearing sandals in the sun, sleeping with no socks, scrubbing toenails with a nail brush and soap real quick in the shower daily, oils. That's what it took for me, and patience. It's satisfying watching the healthy nail grow out! I didn't have oregano oil for a long time so I used lavender and that totally worked, the oregano really went in for the kill in the last two months I treated them. Now, I just scrub with soap and dry them and everything is okay :) took about a year and the infection was very very minor

Fast forward to sept 2018 I got it from my husband because he does a lot of MTB and well damn it the rest is history. Now I have it in one of my pinky toes. It started with an itchy in between toes. Did it take away the toenail fungus? How many nails are or were infected? I hand been taking vitamin d3 5000-10000 iu for years and I have seen zero change

      Carlos Sanchez I had a toenail fungus on one toe of each foot. Maybe try a different vit d? Make sure it has vit k2 in it as well. Also fungi like a moist environment. If you tend to wear socks a lot or sweat and exercise a lot, try going without socks more often- like at night or when you are at home without shoes on. Also you can try a topical fungus ointment and/or epsom salt foot soaks.

    There's no connection as I've been supplementing with Vit D3 (5000 IU) for a year straight with no results. People say soaking feet in Apple Cider Vinegar 2x a day helps killing the fungus, but I don't have time to do this everyday for 6 months straight just to see some minimal results. I was thinking to try Hydrogene Peroxide 3 %, but it's expensive....

      @pomegranateorange Yes my dark toenail fell off and a new started growing. This would never happened if I didn't soak my feet in hydrogen peroxide. When you have so much fungus your nail stops growing or it's growing but not in a healthy way so the nail keeps getting thicker and thicker.

    The fungus disease of my sister’s toes is quite severe. It already covered three-quarters of her nail starting from the tip. Thankfully, she also discovered this particular fungus treatment method, from a reviewer here and began to try it. Following the treatment has authorized her to get the fungus infection stripped away from her nail. I found it by Google, it calls Kαmonuz Yda

    For those who read it, you'll absolutely become curious and convinced by Sammy Rokernal's online guide (try go'ogling her). It's likely you'll watch your fungus fade away in the first few days, and you won't have to go with those awful medications you get in stores.

    I like you used to run for competitions etc at school (many years ago) and developed at that time toe nail fungus on both big toes. I have tried so many ointments etc over the years but to no avail. However, about 18 months ago I did apply Colloidal Silver to each toe nightly and it did for the first time almost disappear, only to return again after a few months. I too have been diagnosed with an extremely low Vit D level of only 9 and have just started to take supplements so will let you know if this finally gets rid of this dreadful fungus.

    5 years is a long time to have this problem! I was just wondering how bad yours got over that period of time. I discovered that both my big toenails had turned yellow about 3 months ago but just learned for sure what it was yesterday. So it has gone a few months untereated, but they really don't look that bad yet. Also, did you take any particular precautions to keep from spreading it to your family? I've decided to try home remedies, but I'm afraid they won't work. I don't know for sure but wouldn't be at all surprised if I had a Vitamin D deficiency, or any kind of deficiency because I just don't eat healthy.

    • @TaylorAnnHealth
      @TaylorAnnHealth  Před 6 lety

      The toenail fungus I had would get worse when I ran a lot and did hot yoga. The humid/sweaty environment does that. I could always see the fungus under my toenail though, it was not apparent from the top of my nails. I used a topical oil from a store like Rite-Aid, meant for toenail fungus. It never really worked. I would recommend Epsom salt foot soaks and you can add tea tree oil. Also make sure your feet dry completely after they get moist or sweaty like in shoes/socks. I never took any precautions to not spread it and no one in my family or anyone that I lived with ever got it.

    • @MistyeyedNStarrified
      @MistyeyedNStarrified Před 6 lety +1

      So you never lost a nail in all that time? I can't see anything under mine and hopefully it won't progress that far. I only know it's fungal because there's a slight foul odor when I cut them, though oddly, the one that's slightly worse smells less. Filed them and did a vinegar soak last night, then rubbed them with coconut oil and they already look a bit better. I have a waitressing job so my feet stay sweaty and closed up in shoes for prolonged periods of time. Would a powder be helpful while I'm working?

    • @TaylorAnnHealth
      @TaylorAnnHealth  Před 6 lety

      No I never lost a toenail. Yeah I would think a powder should help while you're working! And then no shoes or socks whenever you are not working.

      Girl, no lie...I know this sounds crazy and a bit dangerous, but put straight undiluted bleach on it with a q tip. Be sure it's only on the nail. It will start growing out clean uninfected nail in just days. Happened to me. I had a fungus on my left big toe for like 3 or 4 years probably. But I saw a youtube video about it and I did it. Let me know if you want to know EXACTLY what I did.
