Rowan Atkinson is such a great actor -I mean,he doesn't even have to say a word and you will still die laughing when you see some of the episodes of Mr Bean!
You inspired me to watch all of the episodes again by reviewing this,Mr Spot.

Just watched it yesterday. It is free online on youtube at least if you live in the UK. Laser discs are often the only format with all the scenes on it. Take ET.Fun fact: Rowan Atkinson was born in the same county as me yey for me!
The original first broadcast of this - which was on UK television - did not include the turkey scene. And subsequent UK broadcasts do not include it. However on the VHS Video release for this in the UK, the turkey scene is in. I can only assume that all foreign TV companies imported from the TV version rather than the video version

A Christmas Carol, A Christmas Story, Gremlins (takes place during Christmas), Silent Night Deadly NIght, A Charlie Brown Christmas.

They took out the Turkey scene as not to offend vegetarian viewers.

That scene is on the UK version of the DVD.
My Mr.Bean DVD has the turkey scene uncut in all it's beany glory. Mine is the 10th anniversary box that was released here in Australia (the box is white & silver & has Mr. Bean's face on a white birthday cake). The region says Pal & also says it will work on region 2 & 4 DVD players. It's out of print but keep an eye out on ebay & you should find one, I hope that helps :)
Chopping & screwing Mr. Bean episodes is, in my opinion, a crime heinous enough to be punishable by torture & death.

im in england and the dvd i have has the merry mishaps on it and the scene your talking about included. but i dont own the box set your talking about though. great scene though when he becomes the conducter :'D

when i watched this on tv ive watched a few times but i didnt see the weighing scene either perhaps they cut it out on tv to keep a schedule bu they have no excuse to take it out on the dvd
I have a DVD off that episode and its not cut like yours its a Norwegian DVD
Mr. Bean is hoot. It's a bummer they took out the turkey scene on the dvd release. Really well done impression

They probably took it out cause they didn't want anybody to know Mr. Bean's weight. He's very self conscious, you know lol
