I think the story behind the video is how BM and J.Seph are the cold ones in the relationships, maybe they don't feel love anymore, they don't care anymore, but Somin and Jiwoo are still in love, they're still attached to them and don't want to let them go. So the guys being dead is basically a metaphore of how dead they feel in the relationship. Btw i was waiting for your reaction guys! and i loved it of course.

The video is about how Jiwoo cheated on J.Seph and realized that she only loves him. But J.Seph loved her from the beginning and never cheated. At the end of their story Jiwoo knows that J.Seph is soulless, but she doesn’t seem to care as long as she has him by her side. In the beginning of the video it said APEGO and that means Addiction. Somin and BM’s story is that Somin needed BM on her side but when he disappeared and she went crazy, because he was her addiction. But she still cared for him through time.

*MY THEORY*
The starting of the vid says APEGO - I googled it and it means 'Addiction' in Spanish.Addiction here means that the girls are addicted to the guys( not in a healthy way)(also this is also just an opinion)First, you can see that J.Seph and Jiwoo, Bm and Somin are separated into two different bedrooms,clearly stating that both of the couples are involved romantically.
The setting of J.Seph and Jiwoo's relationship is all posh and proper while BM and Somin's relationship is obviously messy.This is based on their setting.Going back to Jiwoo and J.seph's setting, it seems as if Jiwoo is trying to state that the exterior of their relationship is fine but in reality, its messy.
The lyrics.Ok so,I have not memorized and analysed all of the lyrics yet but we can see in both of J.Seph's and BM's rap that they both are tired of the relationship and that you can't fix the relationship they had with the girls.Its as if the girls cheated on BM and J.Seph.That is when the zombie appearances come in.Zombies can represent death in a way,since in movies zombies can still move and eat brains, I'm assuming they almost look like zombies because they're dead on the inside from all the suffering the girls put them through.
Next the girls say that 'you're the only one I love & come back into my life'.Its like they don't want to accept the fact that they cheated on them.The lyrics 'I need you in my life ' also implies that even though Somin and Jiwoo cheated on the guys, they realised that they are still in love with them.
This connects with Somin's scene towards the ending when she seems to go crazy because she realised what she had done to BM and she regrets it.That's why she sings the lyrics 'Come back into my life'.Meaning that she wants BM to comeback from the dead(Lol)On the other hand,Jiwoo takes it in an awkwardly calm manner.I think she behaves this way because she is still stuck in her own reality that everything is OK.That's why we see her lying down on the bed with J.Seph in her arms,stroking his hair as if she is implying that everything is going to be alright when it actually isn't.

Honestly, I feel like the MV is quite clear. On a metaphorical level, both the men are dead and the women are holding onto them - like holding onto a dead relationship. Whether it's a relationship where the men are distant and want to break up, or it's a relationship that's already broken/ended. They can't let them go, Jiwoo tries to keep going through the motions of a 'normal' life, like she is trying to ignore the grief, while Somin is delusional trying to pretend the relationship is still happening, and eventually breaks down because she knows the relationship is gone/dead and can't believe it.
On a story level, for entertainment in the MV its the story of two psychopathic women whose lovers died (or perhaps they killed) and they cannot let them go because they love them too much. So they keep the bodies and try to pretend they still have them. They still pretend they are with their lovers. With the lyrics of the song, this comes across even stronger - 'the only one I love'. It's them and no one else, even when they're dead.
And as someone mentioned earlier, to add to this, Apego means similar to obsessive love. It's attachment, but unable to separate. Clearly, both the girls in the hotel are completely unable to let go of their lovers - whether metophorically or just emotionally/physically.
