I think its great for what it is the price is decent... Especially if you have obligations at home you can pause and play any where
Yeah it’s pretty much how I come away from the purchase. I do hope that either Sony or Microsoft jump on the portable train properly at some point soon mind
Got mine a month ago I think you hit the nail on the head with this review, its not what everyone wanted from a Playstation Portable device but it does function really well as one for its use case.
Got my PS Portal Friday the 3rd and so far it has been a super bad ass experience due to my 300 megabits down of internet speed and my Netgear Nighthawk router I've played HellDivers also World Of Tanks Consoles and GTA plus FC 24 and no hiccups on my end I'd say Remote Play makes more sense with the portal than using another devise
How did the competitive games fair ?
@ExpressITTechTips WOT taxis the hell out of the portal bur I saw no frame drops they stayed true helldivers was the same and I love how the portal performs
@@jesuscervantesj82 nice I’ve only really played ff7 rebirth 16 and some indie games on it so far like you said handles them well
@ExpressITTechTips I tried call of duty modern warfare Two But even though it worked fine and I didn't have any frame drops. I couldn't play it because I got used to the Button, come figuration, I have on my Google Duo sense. Edge But so far like I said, heavy games have performed amazing. And I guess it all has to do with your connection. And how good it is
Can you use it if the ps5 is turned on at home and your somewhere else with mobile data ? Otherwise it’s absolutely pointless in my opinion
You can you just need to insure you have a strong and stable connection they recommend 15mb/s
Since it can't do PS+ Cloud is wild and a deal breaker.

And you needed a Comcast to play Google stadia 🤷🏻♂️ you need a TV to play a system 🤷🏻♂️ you need a PC to play PC games 🤷🏻♂️ so your point?
@@griffielliott279 a psp suppose to be a console on its own no need tv or Chromecast. Not as an accessory. From where iam from a ps5 cost 2200, and a portal cost 1500 . To use a portal you need to spend 3.7k just to turn on the portal.
an iphone can do all of these things tho lol
