    I had to learn to remain seated and quite most likely were I picked up the bad nail biting habit

    Dr Ben, I have ADHD diagnosis. Mostly inattentive subtype. However, half of the hyperactive subtype applies too. Like interrupting others.
    Is it possible to be both?

      sorry that im not the doctor, but yes! there's 3 types of adhd: hyperactive-impulsive, inattentive, and combined, which is the most common. i hope i helped :]
