Ive just ordered one hoping it works my arse is killing me
I need advise on the caad12 bottom bracket. Ive got a cannondale si crankset which at the min if fine. But I want a power meter and dont know where to go with it. Should i swap the si out for a 105/ultegra so i can put a stages on it?

Looks banging mate. Love the commentary. What bottle cages are those, cannondale carbon ? I need me those. Btw the bb is smooth as silk. Mint. What group set you going for?

Hi Joe, quick question - do use the plastic ring between c-bear and aldhu cranks?
I have the Supersix Hi mod with the c-bear PF30A-86-R and 30mm axle and aldhu cranks.

Yes you will need some spacers on each side to space the crank out correctly on these

@@JoesCyclingReviews surprised as C-bear informed it should not be needed. I am still travelling so did not have a chance to try myself. Which spacer did you use? 0.5?

I've not run these cranks for a while now so i can't remember which size I had to use, But it was some trial and error
