And there is so much to draw from... weather reports, corporate safety videos, PIF's... when I was a kid there was a VHS at home that had english lessons, I remember the long pauses it left for you to repeat what was just said, they creeped me out a little. You used just the right amount of disturbing. I'm subscribed, of course. Keep at it!
When law enforcement in Poland started using those ankle tags for house arrest, a local humorous talk show aired a fake commercial for "Amputomax", a device for removing the tag together with the limb it is attached to.
this seems like an actual product companies would sell for personal home usage in a situation like that. its like the corona mask but replace it with a home amputator
This was really good. I love how it made me expect a jumpscare but it never happened (which is good because jumpscares are so cheap nowadays). Please do more videos like this, I can't get enough of analog horror.

The use of subtlety is a nice breath of fresh air in the horror genre right now. Too many horror creators think that horror is at it's best when it's throwing monsters and jump scares at you left and right. They couldn't be more wrong though. Horror is at it's best when it uses subtlety. When it lets your imagination run wild with fear and anticipation. In fact, it's often the things that let that anticipation build up through use of subtle horror that sticks with us the longest because our minds desperately want closure and so we will continue to imagine and wonder about the truth of the horror we see. It creates a feeling of unease, and that is where horror is at it's best. That's when it gets under your skin. Jump scares and monsters may give us a shock and some fear in the moment, but, as quickly as the scene happens, the fear is over just as fast. But when a film creates an unsettling feeling without ever showing a monster or jump scare, it lasts much longer.

It was cool, but throughout the vid fact that illego corp would waste a lot of money on cassetes bothered me too much. If they just going to show text and images they would just include paper manual, live demonstration could easily be skipped. On a second thought it would make sence to record a cassette with narration.
