- Some crucial things are happening on Josh‘s truck today. We get spring towers mounted with shocks. We actually get the motor and transmission mounted and start stiffening the frame. It won’t be long until this thing’s on the road!

Rudy is going to grow into an even more incredible fabricator than he already is and I am glad to be along for the ride!
Good to hear Janelle's quiet little voice in this video!! Rudy has inherited his dad's precise 11% variation template!
Josh is Lizzy's older brother and Stuart their dad. 😀Josh is the one who originally taught Lizzy how to weld.
Is this true??
@@nocrackhere Yes
Well that’s interesting I didn’t know that 😮
When his dad came I was thinking this. Also when they went to the cabin. I don’t know where Rudy got his skills. But that kid is a good fabricator. Obviously not from his dad. 😂😂
Can Rudy confirm?
It's cool seeing the project come together. I'm also interested in seeing the continuation of Kaulin's truck build whenever you get to it. Keep up the good work. 👍
Definitely wanna see kaulins low rider finished
So cool to see someone who doesn't know what he is doing, build a shit box 😂
I agree, Kaulin's build will be great!
Josh's center seat comment brought back a funny memory. Back in the early 80's the only vehicle we had was a 1980 Toyota pickup. We had my son's carseat in the middle and he thought it was hilarious to constantly kick the shifter out of gear.
Rudy's fabrication skills are absolutely top notch.
Rudy makes this end swap and suspension lift look easy.
Admirable dedication and humility in your content. Keep inspiring!
Don't forget to do the 5th gear nut upgrade on the NV4500 before mounting the transfer case up for the last time. Losing 5th gear isn't fun, especially if you don't have the time to fix it later.
Great advice! this one has it done already
That’s a lot of nicely done custom fabrication. Hopefully all the geometry works as planned.
Always good to have Dads approval.
Can do and
Git er Done😊
Stuart, Josh's Dad is one of Matt's best friends and has featured on MORR. Stuart is also the dad of Lizzy as Josh is Lizzy's older brother.
Josh is the one who originally taught Lizzy how to weld.
Good job Rudy and Josh! It is all coming together!
HEY! Good morning Rudy ! Thumbs UP!!
You and Josh make a great team, good banter!
This is such a cool build. It’s basically what me and every other dude I went to high school with always talked about. I’m a ford guy so naturally I have a soft spot for dent sides. I’m excited to see what you come up with for the flatbed.
GOOD JOB BOYZ!
Engine Mounts !!! I hear you bro 🤜🤛 💯 99% call them motor mounts 😂
UK: Engine mount 100% 😂 Motors are electric.
Don’t forget the KDP ( killer dowel pin) be easy to do at this stage of your build if it hasn’t been done
That’s going to one cool ole truck, nice work gents.
Rudy, I am in awe of your awesome talent and vision in the fabrication field. Your humble personality is a tribute to your great parents. Josh seems to be a great Bud and seems to have great skills of his own, old Ford guy here.. grew up in them and still have a few. Be Safe in your Work Guys..
MWP Cosby Tn.
Good job Rudy👍🤟
Josh's RAD ford
Going to be one awesome truck. Good job guys!
There seeed to be a lot of cracks in that motor mount, it looked like it was spredding apart.
Good luck
Great fabrication as always
Rudy, Love your content. Please box the frame on that truck. If you go to Dirt Lifestyle's channel or Muddybeards 4x4, an S-10 did not have a boxed frame and the rear 3 link bent and buckled the frame and almost left them stranded. You are more qualified than me on this for sure, but think about it. ~1000 Lbs motor, 450 lbs axle turning large tires, just food for thought. You inspire me to do this stuff, thanks for everything.
So glad for Josh, can see he is stoked. Nice truck.
It's lookin great. It's going to be a bad azz truck when she's done. Old school flavor, new school reliability. Look forward to seeing it rollin...🤓
Great job again.
Thanks for sharing ! Coming along nicely !
for crack repair find the end of the crack and drill a small hole then grind it out ., stops the crack from continuing .
Not on a motor mount dude, drilling a hole would make it worse.
If trucks were people, you guys would be the doctor Frankensteins of building better things for old trucks to have a new life ! 👍
A Ford done right😊
Always enjoy watching.
Fine job gentlemen, I think he's really gonna like this truck when it's done. Thanks for the video guy's keep-um comin.
Love your channel. Doing things right takes so long. It is hard to stop doing things and think about it. That is how my brain works anyway
Brother, the truck passed an intense DAD inspection 👍🏼
That fab is looking good ✓
Great work guys ❤
Wow Rudy you amaze me more and more with each build.
That crossmember is legit, pure meat and potatoes! Nice Job!
I'm not a Ford guy buy this Truck is going to AWESOME!!
Great job guys 🤠
GR8 post, Thx😊
Looking good! 👍
Nice work Rudy and Josh coming along nicely
Trucks gonna be great when you get it done I can’t wait to see it
What an awesome build 🤙🏼 Rudy , keep up the awesome work…. Getting out and doing your own thing has proven to had been a great endeavor i’m sure …
Love this truck
Rudy without a hat is a handsome(r) man.
Cool build
That t case is going to be full of rtv. I just rebuilt my np246 this weekend. When i put it together the last time i used a bead about that big and the case was FULL of rtv filter pump clutches it was all full.
Fabrication work is amazing
rudy is an 11 percenter like his old man
Yowch?!?
OK, this was epic!
Rudy has some skills
Gday guys
Nice work. Looks tedious but you’re making progress
just realized what Rudy needs; a metal cutting blade saw and a metal cutting cut off saw...
Rudy, please tell us you're not driving/own a dodge !!
Rudy you are seriously talented (quick) and experienced for your age. You and Josh make a good team. I see great things in your future . 20:56 I wonder if @FireballTool would sponsor or discount you a proper vice ? Seems you could use some of his tools. So could I but they work out incredibly expensive over here in Europe. Maybe some day he will sell them in kit form.
great as always great content
Rudy you are something else the way you build these things tear apart transfer cases like there's nothing to it you definitely are a chip off the old block keep em coming helping your friends most of the videos I see most people build on there own not Rudy he helps people with his gifts good going God sees. You Rudy just keep up the good work
Drill a hole at the end of the crack then weld it. That will help the crack from running further.
New motor mounts are on their way
Happy birthday
Those are some great fabricated parts. This truck has just gone up to 11% better.
This video felt like it should have had a Primus song or two in the background 😂.....
Cool. When do we get to see the onx build video’s?
So what ever happened with the 63 you were going to build for Kaulin?
It’s in the shop at the moment
@@Rudysadventureanddesignreal Good to know. ... I see your in a bigger and better shop now
Brutal Perfect .
You might want to consider a bit heavier duty engine hoist if you need that much reach. You only have it set for 500 lbs.
you mentioned leveling engine up to make final engine mount pieces.. hmmm. my question is is the engine suppose to be level? Twas my understanding it should have an ever slight rake downward to the rear.. 3 degree (or was i 1.5??) , if I recall right is often the norm from factory. ESPECIALLY if your going to lift truck suspension too
don't forget the coil tower gussets...
Ho humm…
tick-rock…
Then I grab my drink and take a big swig…
ROCKING DUCKS… !!! sPlurt… LOL…
🦆🐦🦆🐦🦆🐦🦆🦆
.
What happened to the old Chevy project?
On this project are you going box in the frame make it stronger?
I thought you would have put a np205 in it
@6:42 The engine hoist holding up the Cummins with the boom in the clearly marked 1/4 ton hole.
You can see it bending, I think a 12 valve is way more than 500 lbs
I'll be doing same input gear swap on a New Process soon too. You mentioned you went about "re-doing to right way" .... what was "the wrong way" you did the first time? Will help me know what not to do myself.
Much appreciate.
The way I pulled it apart in the video is fine for pulling it apart, but when you put it back together, you need to put the other side of the case down, then put the pieces in.
I'll predict that something breaks on the 3rd ride.
That's badass Josh congrats man and Rudy is a turd 😂
Where is Zac??
Great Sunday morning to. Thanks for the video and the wrenching 🔧🛠️🪛 Remember everyone having Jesus Christ in your life and heart is the answer through it all ✝️🙏
Why would anyone use aluminum motor mounts? Especially with a Cummins....
At least they sure looked cast aluminum and That looked like a TIG stick.
What happened too y’all’s Facebook page, who is Grandad Joe 😅
That’s a fake account. This is the real one facebook.com/profile.php?id=61550056331038&mibextid=LQQJ4d
Thank you!!!
❤️🥰👍🤘
Why cummins
😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎
Rudy is nonchalant and acts like he barely knows what he’s doing. Proceeds to fabricate state of the art parts and perfect installation.
You should have hired Josh instead of Zach 😂😂
👌✌👍☕cz
Could someone explain to me how he has over 350k subscribers when he doesn't ev6knoe the proper way to fix a crack in metal? This dork is supposed to drill out the end of the crack to prevent it from continuing.
