WOW! That was electric! Roger & Pete still kicking a$$ at 80! One of my favorite Who songs (and albums). Having Eddie show up with a huge bonus... he was spectacular! Their mutual admiration for each other is evident. They've all been friends for a long time.
Great video. Vedder was a bonus on a night when Pete & Roger were already on sizzling form - great to see them still hitting hard, and the RAH sound was immense 💥
In my opinion. Awful. It really did soften the impact of the majority of their set for me…Incredible playing from Zak as ever, but totally lost in the context of the orchestra - the sound and tone of the kit just sounded ridiculous against the backdrop of the orchestra unfortunately.
@@gregmcveigh9966 it’s only my opinion - It may be because I play music myself or am in a band; maybe 99% audience doesn’t know or doesn’t care? // It was still a great evening, and I’m very glad I was there…Just know I’d have enjoyed it had the sound been fuller.
I appreciate your insight. I work in pro audio and am always curious about things in concert. I've seen recent videos of the band where Zak was playing acoustic drums and they really pop in the mix, as they should. Actually, I have a friend who is out on that tour as a keyboard tech. I'm afraid to ask him...I've been on tour and the last thing you need are a bunch of Yt critics!@@officialswillis

AMAZING! Thanks for sharing it! ❤
I forgot they were touring again, one of my favorite songs by the Who, thank you for sharing!
I was there Monday 18th, I should have gone on the Wednesday, thanks for putting this up.
Watch Eddie kill it at the vh1 who tribute on live reign o'er me. Brilliant vocal.
Coooool
For anyone who was at this show, how did the electronic drums sound in the venue?

That's too bad. A band known for thunderous drums and I agree, Zak is great.
