They are good people . They always do the job they are hired to do. This seems not sensible!

I read the article. First I’m sure the couple was able to be present for inspection, colors and design. I’m sure they could have had their own inspector there as the process went along. This to me sounds like they want a redo. To sell? Don’t know but sell it as is and find what they want. Looking for bucks but looks fishy.
