I've thought bout this for fun, but my conclusion is; I think it would be impossible, simply cause he would be reborn into a "like minded individual". Unless the reincarnated Ozpin didn't wanna be with Raven to begin with, but then he probably would never tell anyone he was, in fact, Ozpin. Okay, similarities I had previously heard of/knew/expected: to Yang's more aggressive songs, notably Ignite.
Similarities I wasn't expecting until my brain decided to inform me today and not let me get out of my head: Gold.
I can't quite place it, but the best thing I can think of is that Raven's calmer parts really remind me of the rhythm and word choices of Gold, especially the bridge in that.

Just noticed something about the brightness of the picture in the song's intro. The picture fades in and out in sync with the notes in the first part of the intro, then it fades in and out in sync with the ascending and descending of the arpeggios before fading in completely for the vocals. Nice detail there.

This song works in two different ways, for each of the characters it represents.
For Cinder's context, it's about actually MAKING all things die. Wiping out life, at least as we know it, and that this will happen one way or another. That was her goal, and Salem's goal, from what we understand.
In context for Raven, it's about accepting the futility of everything. Nothing lasts forever, everything ends at some point. So why bother fighting against it?
It works for both characters. Though I probably didn't explain it very well.
You actually pretty much nailed it. The song is from both Raven & Cinder's perspective, so it's their vastly different ideologies clashing
My hypothesis is that Salem's end goal is to gather all four relics and force humanity's judgement, which at present should destroy everyone, including Ozpin (and herself?). Otherwise I don't really see why she'd be after the relics at all. Unless *plot twist*, there's more we don't know.

Andrew Raslan Raven is a very complex character who thinks her way is the best, but until yang reality check put her in place, so when volume 6 roll out I truly believe she is going to be a shealth antihero helping in the shadows just like Batman of rwby, however I will believe that she will have no problems killing.

It seems like a Group of people dislike Raven, I would beg to differ.
She is very interesting and exciting to see on the screen, as she is rather unpredictable and fast-paced.
Her skills in fighting makes her even cooler as a character.
I am very pleased that she defeated Cinder the way she did, Cinder may not be completely dead. However, Cinder being dead or not; I am glad the fight ended the way it did. This song really made the end of the fighting extra cool as well!
I cannot wait to see Raven return and kick even more ass.

She *is* really, really interesting. The contrast between her obsession with strength and the fact that, at the end of the day, despite how strong she was, defeating one of Salem's strongest agents, she left the responsibility of defending something up to her daughter, someone vastly weaker than herself. She is as much a coward as Leo was, but in a very different way and it makes her one of the most interesting characters in the show.
Hopefully V6 will show us more of her, maybe even of her and Tai making up as the end of V5 suggests(which would be an organic way of doing some STRQ flashbacks).

Of all people, Raven seems like the one least likely to be *afraid* of Salem.
Her constant assertions that "there's no beating Salem!" Sound almost suspicious.
Think about it.
What if the real reason Raven keeps saying this is because she doesn't *want* Salem to be defeated?
And I don't mean that she wants Salem to win, either.
Rather, she wants to avoid something that'll happen as a consequence of Salem being defeated.
The same thing that happened in Wonder Woman after Ludendorff was killed.

From what I understand, when the four relics are together, they summon the brothers to judge remnant. The Brothers basically said that if remnant hasn't found peace when they are summoned, then they will wipe the people out.
