In women we’ve what’s called ovarian reserve, which simply means the ability of the ovaries to provide eggs for pregnancy to happen. This reserve diminishes as the age of the woman advances. Some women may have it depleted in their late 30s or at 42-45. Once depleted the woman becomes amenorrheic (no menstrual circle) - postmenopause. So, the only way to get pregnant when your ovarian reserve is depleted is by assisted reproductive technology (there are many methods). There are tests that your doctor will do to assess if your ovarian reserve is depleted or not. These include biophysical (ultrasound), biochemical (AMH, FSH, FSH:LH, E2)... If you would want to go assisted reproductive way; your doctor will examine you to choose which method would work for you. You will need a donor (someone donating her eggs for you). See your OBGY for more info.

Love your videos. Suggestion for you , if you can do a video about unhealthy eating especially as big fast food restaurants are getting into the Kenyan market and there are quite a few youtubers promoting them. The companies are importing obesity and an unhealthy lifestyle to Kenya since the West is vigorously fighting them and their sugary and fatty foods. Kenya or Africa for that matter has become their next market.
The consequences for this lifestyle is deadly diseases and as we know healthcare isnt that cheap in Kenya.
