I have seen those cashew clusters before they look delicious! Isn't it crazy that things we have been eating our whole life are now Toxic? I always think of my grandmother who got cancer several times and passed away from it. How many toxins were just in the food they thought was safe? ugh! We eat lots of foods that are bad for us but I think knowing what we know helps us make better choices when we can. You should think about making your own patties when you get your beef. We have been forming them and freezing them flat and then I bag them up with parchment paper in between then bag them up! So much better then store bought!! I love your grocery hauls! Thanks for sharing!
I should freeze my own patties! I do make them often but haven’t prepped any. That’s a good idea. I think the eating is all about balance but I’m trying to be more aware and straighten out some health issues in the journey. Thanks for your comment! I hope your move is going well!
