Very interesting. Good Sunday night entertainment. Much appreciated. And your thinking on the clutch master seems spot on to me.

I've got it running just haven't finished the videos. Clutch seems to work great so far. Thanks for the comment!

Great video series. I've enjoyed watching every one of your videos. I'm doing the same thing right now in my 01 base. I'm using a LUK clutch, flywheel & throughout bearing. How much room was there for the speed bleeder line? Does it have a really sharp turn where it comes out of the torque tube?

Thank you! I have plenty of room for the remote bleeder but I have removed a few things. I does not have a sharp bend just a curve where it angles up toward the engine bay.

What clutch(stage) did you order from Texas Drivetrain Performance?

It's the Diamond Stage 1 LSX kit with the light flywheel.

This question isn't related to this specific video, but with the LS6 having the bigger windows in the block between the cylinders, is it possible to cut them bigger on the LS1 like the LS6? People say it makes no difference to performance but in my mind it does make a difference for the reliability

I do not know if it's possible to cut the windows in the LS1. Are you going to be tracking the car? From what I know the lack of windows was only an issue at very high speed pulling a long turn on a track. The oil built up in a section of the block with no place to go and broke the block. Not a scenario that's likely on the street.
