Can u believe this rock maker is 73 years old? He's still sings well, looks great and have this great vibe who makes Scorpions my favorite band ever. God bless this great guy!

I think it's not true at all. I feel his voice is not like he did like before. Age cannot lie. But regarding to his spirit to still rocking, Wwwooooooww😃😃👍👍👍🤟🤟🤟...Great!!!!
What's more amazing, when he lost his voice in 1981, he was told he shouldn't try to ever sing again. He used to shock his throat after this surgery before he went on stage. How's that for dedication? 40 years later he can still sing!

@@kennyplay5982, Klaus sought the help of a specialist in Vienna, who recommended he use a pair of electrodes to periodically shock his throat. In addition, he worked with a Hamburg music professor who retaught him the art of singing.
Been enjoying the Scorpions music since '72! 50 years running, I'm 64 now. Had the privilege to see them during the Love at 1st Sting tour in mid-'80's, excellent show!

Wow, you must remember hearing Michael Schenker in the band with Lonesome Crow. from 1972 we had Deep Purple, and Black Sabbath, and maybe Judas Priest..? Scorpions were trailblazers.

Awesome interview. I love The Scorpions forever. Great times. I've been a Scorpions fan since I was 9 in 1981. I started as a heavy metal fan at 8 with KISS and Sabbath and have remained a fan for life. I was lucky enough to meet the Scorpions in 2002 right after they came to play in Tinley Park, IL. at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, then known as World Theater, with Dio and Deep Purple on the bill with them on a sold out 20,000 in attendance concert night. What a killer show. But anyways, a few days later after the concert, I was downtown in Chicago and went to Norridge IL on the fringe of the city, to Rolling Stone Records (cooncidentally where I met Ozzy in 2001 at a signing). This time however, I didn't know anyone was going to be there do a signing. I just wanted to go the record store with a friend who was driving me home from band practice, ironically this German guy named Henrik, friends with our band. Anyways, so we get to record store and it so happened that the Scorpions were doing an in store signing. Someone in their management never announced the signing on the radio or anything and there was only a small group of people there which was incredibly cool for me anyways, because they let us hang out for a long time and told stories to the fans and signed everyone's stuff. It was incredibly cool! I felt like I lost my mind it was so surreal.

Scorpions have always been a favorite of mine, I am 52 and discovered them when "Blackout" came out in 82 then of course went back and discovered their previous albums, I remember hearing "The Zoo" on the radio at the same time "No One Like You" came out in 82 and was assured that I will be a lifetime fan of the band and boy they have not disappointed, only album I am not really into is "Eye To Eye" from the late 90's, fast forward to 2004 when "Unbreakable" was released and damn I still get goose bumps listening to this album, what an amazing album especially track 11 "This Time" the opening of the track, yes definitely gives me goosebumps, everything since "Unbreakable" has been so great as well especially 2007's "Humanity Hour 1", cannot wait for the new album on the 25th, love you guys and thank you for the music 🤘🤘

He is right about the hard rock and heavy community I listen to death and lamb of god then woke up and threw on Scorpions while in the epilepsy ward in the hospital and a couple Van Halen songs. Still loving you is my favorite Very emotional very sonically peircing. Also listen to cannibal corpse Scorpions just sounds perfect.

Great interview Katie I always knew that Rock and Roll would never die because Rock music is a Legend which will last forever more. I love the Scorpions music the words touches my heart and soul. Klaus you have a wonderful voice and your band members plays awesome music that goes with the words. I have listen to their since the 80's and the Scorpions music is Rocking more in 2022. Just keep on Rocking you all are so awesome to listen too.

@@vedranvadlja7569 you are correct Klaus has possibility has answered the same questions many times but still Klaus and his band are back doing what they do best playing and singing their old and new songs.Maybe this will lift the US people who loves to hear them. My opinion I would cancelled the US just because the way it is ran. I'm sort of in shocked they are coming. If a singer of a band that has travel led all around the
World as many times they have. There would be the same questions over and over. They have been together (2 )of them since 1966 that's a very long time. Mattis join them in 76. They do ROCK!!!

This is exactly what Rock needs....The great bands coming & rescuing ROCK ....Nice one Klaus .....Remember those early rock days in 1971 with Lonesome Crow when MICHAEL , KLAUS & RUDY were ALL TOGETHER in the SCORPIONS line up ? ....Michael was playing a Les Paul I remember way back then & was about to pick up the Gibson FLYING V & make it ALL HIS OWN with his incredible talent.....Actually Michael & Klaus were in the band Copernicus in Germany in the 1960s before the Scorpions rose to Worldwide Prominence. Back in the late 1960s & early 70s there wasn't really that much of a rock scene in Germany. It was Michael & Rudy leading the Scorpions that rose the whole of the rock genre in Germany. Now it is fitting that GLOBALLY , not just in Germany that Rock needs a shot in the arm that Klaus, Michael & Rudy can all work together with their combined talents to BRING ROCK BACK TO THE PEOPLE....GLOBALLY. This would be GLORIOUS. ❤👍👍👌🙏💪

I realized I turned into a little bit of a music snob as I got older - but recently due to just trying to break out of old habits I started listening to everything new that's Rock at all - funny enough listening to a Black Moods song I get the suggestion on CZcams of "Rock Believer" - Oh - O.K. Scorpions got a new one out.
I wanted to kind of not like how catchy it was - but 4 or 5 listens later - "Scream for me Screamer ..." I'M SINGING IT.
