This is a raw data Procedural VOR Approach, including Procedure Turn in Microsoft Flight Simulator FS2020.
This shows you how to complete the procedure without loading it into the GPS and flying on Navaids instead of GPS tracking.

Thanks! Well explained, I have to do VOR procedure turns for my flight lesson tomorrow, this should help out a lot. I actually fly out of an airport just an hour north from here.
