It's actually not true that you cant cast any abilities in brush Q without breaking stealth. You can cast W and prowlers claw. Casting W at the start of stealth without breaking it is actually really important for stealth spamming in teamfights.
This guide was really good! One thing to add is EQRWautoQ vs EQWRautoQ, sometimes deciding which to use just depends on the angle between you, the target, and the terrain. Qiyana ult hitbox hits directly in front of her, but it’s not exactly a box around her like akali R2, so if you’re EQing from behind the wall you want to ult to, it’s a good idea to W before R to make sure your R hitbox doesn’t miss your target.

One very hard matchup for me is diana because of her hard trading and sustain on the laning phase. I'm struggling to beat her, because if I try to trade she smacks me with q and goes e and w and she outrades me everytime even if I don't miss anything and play it perfectly. Please give me some tips cause I don't see a solution of beating this lane once she freezes and I'm far behind on farm. I'm Qiyana main with 140000 points
I have 13% wr with qiyana 4 ranks below my original help send help. I first timed some mages and ended up getting 86% and 80% wr with tehm so i know i didnt get worse, i just really suck with qiyana.
This guide seems a bit off.. you probably just don't know about the little details that is crucial for qiyana. Go watch some beifeng if you truly want to succeed on this champ. There were plenty of combos that could be done quicker, more effective and also the order of some of the combos is straight up wrong.
How is Irelia a difficult match up for Qiyana? That doesnt make any sense. If Irelia wins lane then the Qiyana is just bad. Its a skill match up and my opinion as Qiyana main, Qiyana shits on her if played correctly

Diana is kinda a counter for qiyana. Just try to trade when she uses an ability and try to kill post 6
