That 60 plate reminds me of when I was looking to buy a car in the early 90's. Looked at 3 cars with my dad and they were all advertised as mint. When we got there one had rust holes everywhere and was never going to be put on the road again, one the guy was in the process of bogging up all the rust and painting it and the third you could see it wasn't well looked after. Dad was shocked how they could advertise them as mint and waste out time and fuel. Finally gave up and bought a car from a dealer.

35 yrs of HGV experience leaves me with the conclusion that trips to Wales always go wrong cos you come from England and that's their design. For what it's worth.
