He had a split garage like yours but tore down the wall and put new structure in its place to completely open up the inside.

Dude I don't know ODS does when not making videos but it seems like they are doing very good for themselves and I am very proud of them. Yes this a bit of a fixer upper, but thwy have their shop, cabin, personal homes i believe and now this ranch.

I've been playing too much House Flipper, looking at how easy it would be to start making so much progress (rent a dumpster and clear out the trash, take down all the curtains and other fixtures, sweep and vacuum, paint) feels almost exciting. I figure you'd need to get some (expensive) crews out to fix electrical and the roof, but still, they have a lot of flexibility to go wild.
