For being an off-road vehicle the tracks are too short, they need to be longer than the vehicle and bigger wheels put all in a straight line together with better tracks for grip would make the tank much better. The gravitational center is too high and hills can make you roll over, you can try to recreate the design off the russian light tank "LTG". You should also give it a better engine because I've seen it struggles. I hope you read this and i hope it helps, if anyone wants to tell me if I've forgotten anything or critic me im happy to read it.
