- A San Diego Police Department car crashed on Chula Vista trolley tracks at the E St intersection around 5 p.m. Sunday.
According to police officials, an officer was in pursuit of a speeding car when the police vehicle crashed into the trolley arm on E St. The vehicle San Diego police were pursuing in Chula Vista got away.
