After 10 years, this video is still relevant. Although the part is no longer available at their site or many of the others, I was able to find it on Amazon. I'm 62 and was able to follow your video easily and repaired my washer. I'm sure I saved myself a ton of money. Thank you very much. S/N: In order to not get confused with which plug goes where, I labeled the plugs and ports with corresponding numbers. I also took pictures and a video of everything before I disassembled it.

SO how do you remove the knob without breaking it to replace the front / upper control panel ?
Good morning! I really enjoyed your video, and after being quoted $500 to replace the control board on my Cabrio model # WTW5640XW0, I have decided to do it myself. The problem is on my model the back panel does not look like this. It is a metal plate with a combination of hex screws and flathead screws. Do you have instructions on how to remove this panel? Looks very different than in this video. Thanks!
