    Bro, what about tax deductions? The law is very grey and nobody explain how can we play with it

    • @MartinZhel

      You can make tax deduction. That’s explained in the corporate tax law

    So how does it work with a crypto investor that doesn’t day trade and just cashes out ? How does this work with the freezone. Is it classed as a capital gain but you still need to have filing and audits ?

    • @MartinZhel
      @MartinZhel  Před 6 měsíci

      Capital gains and losses on crypto is not subject to corporate tax.
      For crypto - you need to setup a company with a crypto license if you’re going to be buying and/or selling crypto even for long-term investment.
      If you need more info on how to do this feel free to book a call and I’d love to give you more info and assist you with the process.

      So feel free book a call with us to have a better understanding of your business & what you want to achieve.

    Hi.. that a very good video.. but just to make sure I understood it right.. if I am a tech startup that sells subscription all over the world and I make idk, $5M a year for example.. I am no longer subject to pay 0% corporate taxes.. not counting the salary trick… but I have a holding company in the UEA and another one for example in Australia, then I would be able to pay 0% on my holding company… am I right??? Probably not.. kkkkkkk

    • @MartinZhel
      @MartinZhel  Před 5 měsíci

      You can pay 0% corporate tax on the income of a UAE holding company if this is a dividend income from a subsidiary company or a company you have shares in as long as you meet certain conditions.
      If you want to know how this could work feel free to book a call and I’d love to explain in more detail how this works.

    Is it possible to get a dubai tax residency without a free zone ?
    What is the lowest total cost option for a uae ifza free zone incorporation and yearly maintenance ?
    meaning the strictly necessary costs, incorporation fee, and related costs, including the yearly maitenance expanses.
    Clear answers please akhi

      @MartinZhel  Před 9 měsíci

      It’s hard to answer these questions before understanding your current situation and your actual objectives first.
      And what will specifically work for you and what will be the cost.
      You can become a tax resident by becoming a resident first even without a Dubai Free Zone company. However, whether this is beneficial to you or not is a different question.
      Sometimes this might do more hard than good.
      The cost for setting up a Dubai Free Zone company varies greatly based on number of factors such as a trade license type & duration, number of business activities, number & type of visas, business setup & structure, type of business, tax residency & international tax strategies, etc.
      and also what’s the lowest cost depends on your perspective - this could be lowest upfront cost or lowest long-term cost (and these are different things).
      Feel free to book a call with me and after I learn about your situation, business and your goals I can build the right strategy & setup for you and offer you different pricing options based on that.

    how much maximum salary (upper limit) can be paid from company profit? If a company makes $50 million, is there a uae law which prevents the CEO to pay himself the entire amount as salary?

    • @cryptonian007z2
      @cryptonian007z2 Před 23 dny

      You can't do it, owner's salary is not part of the Expeses line in the Income Statement

  • @xy9544
    @xy9544 Před 8 měsíci +1

    Question is how big can be the salary? Are there any limits?

    • @MartinZhel
      @MartinZhel  Před 8 měsíci +1

      This is determined on case by case basis. There isn’t a specific number.
      However, the salary paid is remuneration for the owner’s labour. So there must be a justification for paying yourself x amount salary.
      And there are number of factors that affect how much you can pay yourself in salary.

    You need to be thrown in jail for giving such terrible advice. ANYONE thinking this garbage will work “paying yourself income out of the Corp” will suffer major consequences, aka you WILL be taxed.
