one thing that really worked for me losing weight was this , it sounds stupid at first ... pick a local 5k or something of the sort that happens yearly , yes like all of us I know you can't run one , but you can walk it , walking it kinda pisses you off , so it gives you logical goals , by the 3rd year you will jog it , and it makes you feel great , this is not the only thing like this , but a logical goal with support of friends and families gives you something more to look forward to than just that number on the scale , it really helps ...congrats on the weight loss , I know after just the first 20 lbs you really noticed it was gone for sure , been there done that , I was close to 400 at one point myself , so I am speaking from the heart , not the bullshit bucket !

that faded black plastic trim can be brought back easy with a heat gun , wave it over it , keep it moving , you will figure out the technique quickly , just google it , someone has to have a vid on it , very common thing done on jeep wheel flares and bumpers , that may help the search , it's so easy and will last a year or more , and can be done again and again ...

Try trim restorer on the faded piece below the grill, it’s meant make that faded trim look dark black once again. Just keep it off the paint and you’re good!

DO NOT DO THIS, it will go back to its faded look after a while and may even look worse. You should use c4 plastic restorer from Gtechniq.
