Heartburn: 'Revolutionary' surgical procedure cures condition with a device

Surgeons at St Mary's Hospital, part of Imperial College Healthcare have come up with a new surgical procedure that cures heartburn with a device called RefluxStop.
Mr Ahmed Ahmed, a consultant surgeon, says surgery should now be seen as an alternative to life-long drug treatment - as Sky's Thomas Moore reports.

I was recently diagnosed with this but the only symptom was constant nausea and then bam I ended up in hospital and they told me then I need to take omeprazole for life. I don’t have heartburn or reflux symptoms. Was perplexed to be honest but I have been taking lactase digestive enzymes and can’t believe the difference!

Carnivore/Keto diet is the answer! I suffered from serious reflux and it went away after 3 to 4 weeks. No surgery required .
