Hey Matt, another winning interview with Taylor Jones! I'm about to start submitting my resume and Alacrity will be my first contact after hearing Taylor's description of Alacrity's philosophies and support for new adjusters! Thanks for all you do!
Taylor was my first dispatcher at Eberl. One could tell then that she was super motivated, sharp, energetic and wanted to help. She helped me get assigned to my first storm, Sandy, 10/2012. Great to see she has continued to do well!
She's a mover and shaker these days!
Very informative, thank you!
Good info, thanks for sharing it 👍🏽
I
Hi, is there opportunities doing Claim Adjusting internationally?
Trying to get that NY license now. Matt your NY video helped convince me to go for it. It's not easy tho.
Getting it is the hard part. Keeping it up is easy. Hang in there!
@@AdjusterTV THATS WHAT I TELL 'ER AYOOOOO
She looks like the lady from Eberl
Because it is lol
TheStreamOfMaine Ooooooh
Yep, she was at Eberl. It's pretty common for people at the management level at IA firms to move around between firms through their careers. Which is why it's important for us to be the best we can and also not burn bridges.
I've had people who were my field manager or cat manager at one IA firm, later call me from another IA firm that they went to work for. They will want to bring along people that they know can do the job.
This is also why networking is so crucial.
@@AdjusterTV Wisdom of the ages. Never burn a bridge.
This industry is tiny. You will see & hear of people again.
