Hey Matt, another winning interview with Taylor Jones! I'm about to start submitting my resume and Alacrity will be my first contact after hearing Taylor's description of Alacrity's philosophies and support for new adjusters! Thanks for all you do!

Taylor was my first dispatcher at Eberl. One could tell then that she was super motivated, sharp, energetic and wanted to help. She helped me get assigned to my first storm, Sandy, 10/2012. Great to see she has continued to do well!

Yep, she was at Eberl. It's pretty common for people at the management level at IA firms to move around between firms through their careers. Which is why it's important for us to be the best we can and also not burn bridges.
I've had people who were my field manager or cat manager at one IA firm, later call me from another IA firm that they went to work for. They will want to bring along people that they know can do the job.
This is also why networking is so crucial.
