Depends on the species of bear, as well as the terrain. For the sake of simplifying, lets say it’s a Great White (largest dangerous shark) vs. Polar (largest bear). On land the polar bear would crush the great white. Meanwhile, underwater, the great white would have a much stronger chance. But, polar bears are still good swimmers, and are massive and strong. I’d say 80 - 20 in the great whites favor underwater

@@jamesthewolf049 And the fight between Sharpedo and Ursaring would trigger the pokemon battle music and we all knew it would come down to levels stats and moves in the end somehow did we not? He should have found out on his own like a reasonable blue hedgehog who wants to be the very best like no one ever was. If he's fast enough to catch them he can make them fight for his cause. As un-relevant as it probably is. My recommendation would be stair climber and the answer is pick the Ursaring unless you permanently want Shadow smiling which I personally would like but not for the reason given.

Bears for sure. Sharks may seem more deadly on the surface, but bears have the advantage overall. Sharks are restrited to only being in water, whilst bears are able to run on land, and also have the ability to swim. Plus, with bears actively going into water to catch fish, its a clear win for the bear, hands down.
Not to mention the particular species of either we’re talking about…
well, think about it this way
if an unsuspecting bear wades into water, the shark has the element of surprise and could easily get a good chomp in
so it's all about the actual circumstances
Plus, sharks always have to be moving; if a bear pins one down, it’s game over man

To answer the question, a bear and a shark could not fight because one lives on land and can't go in water, the other lives in water and can't go on land

@@Ollie.H-23 They may not work well together, although they can manage a little bit, but they do have an interest in each other. He saved her life before she could fall to her death and apologizes if he hurt her. She flirts with him on more than one occasion which gets him flustered. In the OST to his first SA2 stage, told in his POV, he calls Rouge sexy. They have friendly banter, often teasing each other. Therefore, while they might not work well as a team, they have couple potential.
@@CheyenneG99 I sort of see what you mean, however, I personally perceive that scene from SA2 as him just being nice and it not necessarily being romantic. I know Rouge definitely likes him, but I'm not sure if it's reciprocated. I also thought that Knuckles gets embarrassed when Rouge flirts with him because he's not used to social interactions and it's unusual to him. I can sort of see it happening but I doubt it would work out. I was happy to hear your opinion and thoughts. Have a good day!
@@Darkalista OK, maybe it's reciprocated but I still don't like the ship because I'm not a fan of love/hate relationships that are romantic. I much prefer it when the characters in a ship shine their brightest when with the other. An example of that I'll give is Tails and Cosmo. They both doubt themselves and often feel worthless or like a burden but when in the company of each other, they lift themselves up so much it's like they turn on the light in the other's heart. Think back to when Tails has a slight panic attack once Knuckles and Sonic get injured on the blue typhoon. He runs off thinking he is unworthy to be captain after that and Cosmo is the only one to follow him and she says just the right words to bring Tails back to his senses.
Tails: I'm just a big failure.
Cosmo: Not in my eyes you're not. Just think of the hundreds of times you've helped your friends when they were hurt or in trouble. I've never known anyone as brave as you. I am proud to be under the command of such a noble captain.
If Knuckles felt like he was unworthy and had failed his tribe or something, while I don't think Rouge would be antagonistic towards him and mocking him, it's not difficult to see that being a possibility. In SA2, Knuckles saves her life and how does she respond? "CREEP! You just wanted to hold my hand!" It seems like such a narcissistic thing to say, that Knuckles only did the right thing just so he can hold her hand. Rouge definitely isn't worth that.
@@Ollie.H-23First of all, I’m pretty sure Rouge is teasing Knuckles in that scene. She could have easily saved herself, she can fly. Most of the things she does to Knuckles I can personally see as teasing. You could say stealing the Master Emerald wouldn’t count, but I’m pretty sure that was only in SA2 and Heroes. Second, I definitely don’t think she would go so far as to mock him over something as serious as him thinking he’s a failure.

Bears are good swimmers if I remember correctly, so they could survive some seconds underwater, and unlike the shark, who has no way of attacking after biting the bear, the vear can still bite AND swipe with it's claws.
