If you combine omnivamp runes, with omnivamp items and aatrox's natural healing from E the healing is just way too much, its like 150%, even if you apply 60% grevious, he still has 90% healing which is almost full, Grevious wound is a joke in this game lately, too many champs abuse overloads of healing in their kit like Aatrox, Olaf, Rhaast, Yone, Yasuo, Samira etc. Its just disgusting.

Grievious wounds is a joke. With runes, Aatrox's passive abilities and healing items he like all lifesteal champs can get their healing to 150% plus, grievious won't make that even into 100%, so Aatrox will still heal everything back.

People arguing about heal reduction and Aatrox being OP aren't paying attention to 2 things in this video. First, he was clearly fed off his ass because he was level 16 at the start of the fight and everyone else is level 13 (one person is level 12). He even leveled up when he killed Lucian. Second, besides the ignite that was on him, nobody had grievous wounds to apply to him and he never even fought 5v1. It was a 4v1 with no one person able to do any noticeable damage to him until Yasuo was up, which was too late by then because Aatrox killed 3 people by then. If your only hard cc is Leona, you're up against a sustain champ that's fed, and you have no grievous wounds...You're gonna have a bad time.

First, he was clearly fed off his ass because he was level 16 at the start of the fight and everyone else is level 13 (one person is level 12). He even leveled up when he killed Lucian.
Second, besides the ignite that was on him, nobody had grievous wounds to apply to him and he never even fought 5v1. It was a 4v1 with no one person able to do any noticeable damage to him until Yasuo was up, which was too late by then because Aatrox killed 3 people by then.
If your only hard cc is Leona, you're up against a sustain champ that's fed, and you have no grievous wounds...You're gonna have a bad time.
