    Typically, they would leave the mattress bed on the seat when you board the plane. maybe its available on request?

    cannot be top airline if still using ana lounge as tokyo is one of the top destinations for THAI.

    Thai Airways still have a lot of work to do to improve their onboard food catering services, their flight times, ie departure times are bad, service with a smile has gone from Thai as well. All Thai thinks about is money, its about time they start to think about the customer

      I think they now better understand that customer satisfaction is the key to making money. And luckilly the company is not anymore in a huge finansiell stress?

      @@andersfant4997 they are still Financially stressed, they also have a lot of un-sold aircraft parked up at BKK, some used as spare parts also, looks like a scrap yard more than a airport

      @@davidcavanagh8687 The passenger numbers grow and they made a profit of 7719 m baht last year, a big increase. They have had a dire saving program but I get a feeling that the service has improved a bit, the key to repeat business. Cheers.

    staffs should no longer wearing blue glove serving foods. it's not a pleasant look. must ensure cleanliness without gloves.
