Does that disc allow you to add codes? I wanted to buy one that I could use on F Zero GX and put in a custom code to allow access to F Zero AX arcade
This one I’m using does not. It’s the cheaper of the options you can find for the GCN. I believe it’s the “Action Replay Max” version that allowed for adding codes. Both are expensive nowadays, but the one I have here is less.

I got a question: I own a japanese gamecube and i wondered if i can use action replay codes on it
I wouldn’t be too sure. The disc I have is probably the most “basic” version of Action Replay, given that it’s all preloaded codes on the disc, vs loading your own or using an SD -Loader etc. The one I have does have the Freeloader, which is all about playing games from any region. I don’t know if the cheat codes aspect also works though, as I’ve never tested that feature. I don’t own any PAL or Japanese GCN games to try that with.
