    Hey Guys,
Welcome Back. In this video I have shared the review, demo and seasoning of Bergner triply stainless steel sauté pan. I have tried my best to provide you guys all the information about this product which would help you in deciding to buy if you have any plans.
Its an awesome pan, food doesn't stick to the pan and the heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan ensuring even and faster cooking.
18/10 stainless steel refers to 18%Chromium and 10% Nickel whereas 18/8 is 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel. 18/0 refers to 18% Chromium and 0% Nickel. Nickel helps in controlling steel's corrosion resistance and luster.
18/10 contains more percentage of nickel as compared to other versions and hence a bit expensive. Lasts longer and feels sturdy.
There's no big difference between 18/10 and 18/8 except the additional nickel in the former one which makes it a bit sturdier and looks shinier.
Both are equally good in terms of performance.

Do you use scotch brite to scrub this while cleaning or something else?

Thanks. I use silicon scrub to wash this pan. It helps in avoiding scratches. Silicon scrub is available in all local stores and super markets these days.
