Can we make ladies finger stir fry in this pans? Does it stick to the bottom?
Have u tried making potato roast/Arbi roast/ Gobi roast that should be cooked in low flame until it gets roasted? Does it stick to the pan? I am currently using a nonstick fry pan for making the above said roasts..I want to avoid nonstick utensils and switch to healthy cooking.can u pls help me?
Yes you can make all these in both these pans..I have posted fish fry in bergner pan video..but dont expect to be as non sticky as a non stick pan..you can make all dishes without sticking with little more oil compared to nonstick..I dont use non stick utensils and use these triply and cast iron cookwares..

Triply wont be like non stick.. Sesoned cast iron gives good taste and can cook at high temp.. but cant compare to nonstick.. These are healtheir options

Does it have a small hole near tge handle where VINOD is written ?
Yes it has to holes.. one in the handle for hanging the pan and other between the pan and the handle

Hi sis. I bought vinod triply kadai after first use rainbo colour see it I am confused to the situation.
Its quite normal in stainless steel cookwares... if you want to remove it just apply one teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice and wash..

Deepu Nickel & chrome are different metals. Nickel free does not mean chrome free
