Came here looking for this.
I was impressed at how much meat prep was done, that's a hellof a lot of meat onion and eggs in one bowl. But that's it.
Poor lighting and camera work, pre-purchased sauces, buns, cheese, coleslaw. An enormous amount of raw onion, meat going into cold pans so little or no sear. I would not want it.

@@johndexterlouwe3838 By the color of the meat, both raw and cooked, there must be half or two thirds pork meat. You can see the difference of color when the cook takes the meat out of the bag at the beginning. In the bowl, the bottom (redder) is beef and the top (whiter) is pork.
