Nice! the wiki says you can use a beast slayer background to unlock the option to guarentee a trophy drop. But iirc I've had cases where the "just kill it" has given a rare/lucky trophy drop. :) (nothing fancy but every little bit helps)

Yup... I think the nimble was reducing our dmg, but it didn't seem like nimble should have done that much.... and to think these cults can get even stronger... we're in for a tough late game haha

Thanks! I've had other games on my to-do list but it's all down to me improving my editing skills and having the time/ability to get enough good-content videos out each week. I did an attempt of a Rimworld and Kenshi series a while back but it was rather basic and was when I was only starting to learn how to edit. I'll see what I can do, but I plan on taking my editing and content to the next level for my next series (hopefully!)

Loved this one by the way here is a map seed for future use: type in the word Erasiel and you'll find a map for my current run and well I love it. Also I'll note the best way to make money on that map is running a triangle trade route between two specific southern cities and a northern city; the city state and the northern state have ports so you can buy trade goods in one take a cheap boat to it sell and then buy the goods there and then boat back with the money I've managed to fund my powerful company the Silk Brotherhood via money from that trade route, it is EXTREMELY lucrative and I'd have more money if I wasn't the type to buy shiny high quality legendaries that keep spawning in. I've also won the Arena Tournament twice getting two exceptionally good legendary items in use by my company which uses a modded origin called the Silk Road, it's a good start for build testing it is quite OP but if you want to skip the grinds and get straight to building its a solid start. By they are mostly indebted because I had so much money, I decided to buy indebted to keep my wages cheap and well I kept getting VERY good indebted stat wise they have turned out exceptionally well and the nice thing I don't have to pay them a crown unless I choose to replace them but given that they'll chill in reserve and they tend to have star distribution that has allowed them to survive into late game I'm keeping them around. I've had exceptional luck too in other ways the only issue is that for whatever reason I've not gotten a single noble contract offered in any of the castles I've visited I don't know why but I make so much money off of trade that noble jobs are kind of moot. I've also avoided fighting the ancient dead because they are just NOT worth fighting, they do way too much gear damage and kill your bros often and the loot I've gotten in return is garbage, same thing goes for Alps and Hexan you cannot pay me enough to fight those two types of enemies especially given that resolve is a bit of a weakness for my company that and I just hate the fact that Alps and Hexan can just destroy you so easily thus resulting in run ending fights. I've also got a deathly aversion to Lindwurm jobs I fought them once with my company and barely managed to win without loses and that was against just three Lindwurms, I know for fact that Lindwurm contracts underpay you for the number of those things you end up having to fight. Everything else though is generally fair game for me to attack, Unholds no problem, Ghouls no issues, Direwolves can't even get thru my armor, Hyenas again advantage, snakes are always a bit annoying to fight, regular undead are no issue, orcs aren't a problem, human both brigand and noble die the most. The only human faction that I refuse to fight are the Southern nations, if the enemy has mortars and firearms then that is a solid NOPE for me I'd rather fight for them then against them and like you I find the Southern armors to be some of the best in the game visually and they also tend to be good stat wise; in fact most of my armor used by my company are Southern in origin including one of the two championship prizes a legendary suit of armor, which along with the helmet I won in the first tournament are in the hands of Ahmed the Awesome, a powerhouse indebted with three stars in melee skill (That kept rolling high numbers all the way to level 11 so he has 100+ melee skill) whom is using a famed two-handed mace that when he hits, which he does eight times out of ten, goodbye to whatever he hit most of the time, the mace has a max damage of 120 HP and deletes anything human with a single strike.

yeah Brain injury & the one that was scars or something [gives chance to be struck down & something else but i dont remember what] are one of the best injuries IMO :) Love to see you fight more with Cultists when we strengthen ourself a bit ;) There can be only ONE :D true cult of DAVKUL!' Btw. when going for that brain dmg. Drunk status effect can be aquired from tavern ...yes? then that probably would make it easier to use less drinks in fight to get that perm injury? yes or no ? just my guess ;] Xavier could use some davkul candles & mayby Ghost trophy :) & if yo find/buy a bow with -stamina on skill it will be all good ;) also if you will have a lot of food in inventory instead of not usable items you could have chance for gaining "fat"from event :) Fat cultists make for a better sacrifices ;D Davkul aproves! Also dont forget to add daggers ;D & Enjoyed ;)

But to answer your question, you can possibly save drinks with the tavern drunk (though that is rather random and could also make your bros get the perm-trait drunk which is rather bad...) probably not the best idea to save $100 by spending $50 to get a chance for drunk in the tavern. Xavier will greatly benefit from some candles (if we can comvert him) as the fatigue regen is good on ranged as well. (resolve isn't useful though) Fat is only able to be "gained" on gluttonous bros sadly. No matter how much foor you have, normal bros can't get fat 😢 (ohh and daggers ftw ofc)
Yeah sadly everything is "non-layered". This is because Davkul Rising was made for vanilla, then adapted for legends. Which means it's got vanilla armours and wasn't prepped for layered armours :(

Haha, the true snowman irony there :) Too focused on giving them spare shields and bandages, so when some nice armour comes around they can only punch them to death!
