Oh damn, how do they make it fluffy then? watches the video and they use three different kinds of thickeners, that are extremely hard to find.
I hate those clickbaity lying videos that have plagued youtube cooking videos, as of late. And now that they have removed the like dislike bar, there is no way to tell if they are legit, but actually watching it. And once you watched it, you gave them what they wanted.

What type of chocolate to use? Semi chocolate, unsweetened chocolate or chocolate morsals?
Use whatever you like, any chocolate would do.

I was thinking the same thing. My mom makes peanut butter balls durring the holidays and I was thinking it would be yummy to eat a peanut butter baal, then a banana ball then another peanut butter one, then a banana one then.... well you get the picture! Then all of a sudden I remembered that we used to make peanut butter and banana sandwiches when we were younger and wondered why I had forgotten that, they are so healthy! Happy holidays!

@@starlabratcherflannigan1798, if you use the easy method fudge from 3 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips melted, adding a can of sweet condensed milk and bit of vanilla, you could easily turn the cookies into layers. With first layers cookie/banana , then second layer being the fudge. Then another layer of the cookie/banana mix. I suppose then dip them in melted chocolate. They would be rich for sure.

Lovely simple recipe! I think I might brush then roll a few balls in crushed almond or Walnut before decorating with remaining chocolate. Great recipe!
If I was going to make them (which I'm not) I'd add some cinnamon and possibly a touch of nutmeg to the mixture. Your nut idea is a nice addition. It makes me wonder what would happen if you replaced the crushed biscuits with almond flour....
