People hate dakota in this movie but she played a traumatised kid with autism quite well. She was very blunt, she gets overwhelmed too quickly and when it became too much for her in the Tripod cage when caught by it she completely went into isolation mode in response to trauma. I get why people be like "annoying kid hurr durr" but i think she did well in the film

The film doesn’t say she’s autistic but I always wondered if she might be.
@RX-12 but Robbie did say that she can get claustrophobic. He said that in the car after calming her down
