So I get a gun pulled on me

While covering a story about a wild pig that had been caught (seen over the shoulder in the distance of the first few frames) and was being kept in a very small pen for weeks. This lady neighbor saw me filming the pig (I was standing on the side of the road) and she came over and demanded that I leave the area and not film anymore. Mind you, this is the neighbor not the owner. She was trying to explain to me that I was on private property (which I wasn't I was on the asphalt) and I was trying to find out who the owner of the property was so I could get the pig some help. The pen was in front of an abandoned house. She demanded that I leave and when I told her I wasn't going to leave until I got video of the pig, she pulled a rifle on me. Sheriff's Deputy arrived later but I didn't press charges.
The reason I didn't press charges was because even though she was very irrational and emotional, she never pointed the gun at me. I know, if she had, it could have turned out pretty bad.
Other neighbors in the area had called the tv station where I work because they believe the pig was being starved and not left with water and the weather was predicted to drop into the teens with sleet and snow in the next few days and there was no covering or straw in tiny pig pen.
