Exploring Chester Hoods…Abandoned Delaware County

Join Today as we explore the Delaware river front of Chester Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. We will visit downtown Chester and see the urban renewal in the commercial area and also the urban blight in the down town. We visit the abandoned Chester town Hall courthouse and community jail house. We see the stunning rotunda decaying inside the courthouse and visit the original jail cells in the dungeon like basement of the courthouse. We have a police encounter that goes well while visiting an abandoned warehouse and heavy equipment tire shop.
