- Love is one of the most beautiful experience in one's life. Over the years, the feeling of heartbreaks has intensified because the way the newer generation has felt the relationships is totally different from the earlier generations.
Dr Shyam K Bhat MD is a Psychiatrist, Integrative Medicine specialist, and writer.
He has postgraduate training and American Board certifications in two, usually disparate specialties Psychiatry (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) and Internal Medicine (American Board of Internal Medicine). He is also board certified in Psychosomatic Medicine (ABPN subspeciality), the study of conditions at the interface of body and mind. Dr Bhat combines these qualifications with a deep study and understanding of eastern philosophy and healing practices.

only a heartbroken psychiatrist can explain like this
just amazing !!!
Having gone through the break up stage is one of the best things that has probably happened to me. I am a really good new me. How? It made me think more about the approval from myself than from other people in a very rational way. I remember a saying- Love thyself before loving anyone else. 100% legit
This person is straight to the point. This is one of the most articulated speech about love and heartbreak ever. He is not impressing the audience, he is not smiling before audience laughs, he is just popping out sentences from the bottom of his heart of the experiences he's had. Being so intelligent and certified in so many fields, strange but very helpful of him to talk about love and heartbreaks in such a lucid manner. Very very grateful to this.
Love is beautiful...but if you have a heartbreak and recover from it in a positive way that feeling is just wonderful... because it's then that you realise that your love can't be so selfish to be confined to one single person rather you are capable of loving the humanity as a whole and you being a segment of Universe are eternal😃
Brilliant one !! Never saw someone describing heartbreak so scientifically ..Thank you soo much sir .
ann frank i m your big fan.. 😃
i read your dairy 😃
@Sajal Jeet 😂😂
The first video I watched after my breakup and I'm still sitting in a pool of tears but that's okay.
what a simple and genuine person he is, came here by bicycle
Shyam broke my heart once, and then helped me heal it.
Did he give you a prescription???

Bollywood is the training school of getting heartbreak.

This is probably one of the best Ted talk I've ever seen.
We don't want to carry our wounds from one relationship to another.😊
Yup..... Live in present
Haha
Yes I was heartbroken nearly twice in a year by the same boy 😭I don't know how I got cheated .Don't let emotions control ur mind .Just think rationally nd move on .Don't rely on karma let success answer the questions.
How's life now??
I love how you mentioned Lord Krishna . Thanks.
Forgiveness and acceptance is the key to build long lasting sustainable relationships.. Real relationships are built on willingness and unconditional love, making the most logical choices in life, can never reflect true love...
What???🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
