This video makes me feel more excited about going back to Cancun. I miss Cancun. I love Cancun. I can't wait to go in April with my Love for her 40th birthday, which is a good milestone birthday to celebrate in Cancun. And to be honest the only way to vacation in Cancun is all inclusive. You won't regret it. Especially if you're a foodie like myself and you like to drink. It is so worth it. Thank you for letting us live vicariously through your video. ❤️
When I stayed there in 2009, the cabana beds were $25 for the whole day. That was a crazy good deal even back then. I had them reserve me one everyday. Love your video. This property gets overlooked, and I'm glad you found it to be as lovely as I did. Liked & Subscribed.
Another great 👍🏾 video. We are going to stay at Paradisus in Playa this fall ( they have properties in Cancun as well). We are paying an extra $600 for an upgraded section called the reserve for things like a concierge to help you with whatever you need , a heated pool, access to specific restaurants and first choices to the restaurants , and the use of day beds and spa hydrotherapy pools. It will be a first for us . We researched a lot of videos and post Covid l have seen a lot of complaints about people not being able to get restaurant reservations unless they paid for upgraded services or paid the restaurant manager a few dollars . The people who paid for the upgrades seem to have the better experiences so we decided to give the upgrades experience a try for the first time.

So true about totally different experience when it comes to the beach waves or no waves. After about the fourth “salud” I figured you were having a good time. Sorry to see your favorite restaurant was closed and “no Juan was there”. If it’s Brazilian I’m sure it was awesome and nachos another restaurant.

The cheap draught beer in plastic cups is the same at every all inclusive hotel resort we have been to. You can sit on a beach anywhere else in México with a bucket of ice and beer of your choice. We’re done with all inclusive resorts. The À la cart restaurants (at all inclusive) are mostly over rated from the same hotel kitchen as the buffet.
Nice video. All inclusive I’ve only stayed at The Grand At Moon Palace not the Moon Palace or Nizuc, we did not have restaurant closures like that. All restaurants including the top fancy ones all inclusive all open at the hours posted. Try The Grand At Moon Palace all inclusive. They give quality food! And I’m an extremely delicate person very picky when it comes to high quality food. 😀

You are most welcome Frede B. Although the hotel website states "all gratuities are included" I do think to get fast repetitive service tipping would be encouraged for getting drinks thru the day. Restaurants there is no bill so tips not required. We watched people and it was a mic...some tip some don't.

@@RenataPereiraTV Thanks for your quick replay. I've been cancun couple of times. There were some seaweed issues at beach area past several years. So, just curious that beach looks clean in our video. It was Jan or Feb?
My recommendation would be to contact the hotel directly. I was able to save a ton of money by booking with the hotel directly on the phone. They want you to book so I was offered many discounts and incentives with an option to not pay until I arrive to the hotel. I stayed at Paradisus Cancun, where you book your restaurant reservations at the beginning so you know for sure that they are open at the specific time that you choose. Omni Hotel in Cancun should consider doing this as well to avoid future disappointed customers.
I think this is a great idea AND wonder if they would secure restaurant reservation as part of hotel reservation. Everything negotiable I'd say. Having said that...these all-inclusives are kind of a racket...at least I think.
Once again nice video, looks how professional you are and nice couple, hey talking about the restaurant is B.S, you know what means, something happens to us years ago, and we did some thing, we spoked with the manager and he gave us free a romantic dinner lobster and steak, ad long you complain most of the time they do something, special when you are in all inclusive hotel.

We just came back from Omni next door hotel oasis Cancun, I can see Omni from my ocean view room. There are so many seaweed in beach , so I don’t think it’s is the recent videos

I don't really trust food in resorts, especially when it's an all inclusive package. It tends to be almost, always mediocre. But yes. Managing expectations.
Prices fluctuate. If you do a general search for a particular hotel on Google, you can get a variety of prices from different booking sites. Helps to get lowest prices when you know which hotels you want to book.
This is why my hotel chain of choice is AM Resorts. No bracelets, no reservations needed and all restaurants are open when they say they're going to open.
We stayed here last year and it was the worst resort we have ever stayed at. Only one restaurant was open at night besides that the terrible buffet. All the others closed at 5. We could never get a reservation using the app the day as instructed and they refused to make a reservation for us so we were stuck going into town and getting dinner most nights. This was a good thing because we tried restaurants outside the resort but we paid for the all inclusive. Breakfast was just ok at best. The only bar open after 5 is the one in the lobby. Unfortunately this was the only resort that had rooms for a large group of us coming in for a wedding otherwise I would never stay here again. I was hoping things would have changed but based on this video it is the same.
Thank you for the information. At this price point an all-inclusive is just not great value...especially when you can't get into the better restaurant. I think these lower end A-in-I are the Disney version...shuffle the people thru. Yep, very same experience. Sad to hear these stories.
Three hours for dinner is a nice leisurely dinner, just how it should be, I hate places that try to rush one out the door. A table reservation is just that for the whole evening from the time it is reserved for, or if one turns up on spec and is lucky enough to get one. A bit different to all inclusive in Spain on one of the Costas, can be less than €500 pp for a week including flights from elsewhere in Europe, although the drinks may be limited in the number per day to avoid excessive drunkeness if one misbehaves.
@@RenataPereiraTV Costa del Sol, Costa Brava and the Atlantic coast for those that want a slightly cooler temperature. Also the Balieric Islands, the party islands. (Not for me, I like it quieter and cooler).

I’m right here, I’d say decent, not impressive but if you want to just chill out at the beach, It will do it, happy not to spend top $$ and I’m not a foodie, so relatively happy with the level of good & decent. Its not a party resort, not too big so you don’t spend all day walking to the room/restaurant/beach. Been to Grand palace and hated waiting for the tram to go somewhere, restaurants are bit limited but Da Vinci has many menus & seafood restaurant is nice right at the beach. @@RenataPereiraTV its not jam packed, the seats at the beach under the huts are usually gone by 8-9am but you can find seats at the pools easy. The pool balcony seats are always available, I madd reservations for dinners on app - its busy right at 9am but 5-10 min after, its all good. If it’s a peak season, I can see you may have to battle for seats and dinner though

Please see my other all inclusive video. There is a gotcha to these AI themes. If you are not a member or frequent guest it is hard to get into these non-buffet restaurants. you are allowed to dine in them but there is minimal seating, the app to book day of is hard to access, there maybe private events etc, etc. Are you first time to all inclusive hotel?
Several other Cancun videos on recent travel to Cancun complained about the enormous amount of "Sargassum/Sea weed," on the beaches. QUESTION: Did you have a lot of Seaweed??
We went earlier in the year. Apparently, several comments referred to sargussum there now. Also, it appears in warmer weather and is dependent on the tides.
We went to Bali and a similar hotel would cost $150. Mexico has become incredibly expensive to the pint that it’s not any cheaper then the US. A $400 a night hotel should have 1. Heated pool 2. Pool boy that greets you and sets up your beach chat 3. Beach Hitler that serves you food and drinks at your beach chair 4. Food that doesn’t resemble cafeteria food. Food should be better then local restaurant food but it is not better.
Don't know if I would want a Beach Hitler...that kinda scares me 😂😆 But I hear ya. The whole all inclusive is new to us and it is interesting that there is so many of these hotels in Cancun.

I have been to over 30 all inclusive resorts in Mexico and The Caribbean,including Club Med,Breeze's,Hedonism,Sandals...It was worth it when i ate and drank like a fish and did nor have to pay additional for Scuba diving..at my age now...it's not worth it..although i will be going to Sandal's Grenada in December compliment of my brother..Enjoy while you have the strength and stamina..
Your favorite all inclusive? Yes, one has to really take advantage of the eating/drinking to make it worth it..otherwise you can still have the same great time without

We were there earlier in the year. The seaweed flourishes in the summer and depending on the tides. It is a problem

I don't really trust food in resorts, especially when it's an all inclusive package. It tends to be almost, always mediocre. But yes. Managing expectations.

Prices fluctuate. If you do a general search for a particular hotel on Google, you can get a variety of prices from different booking sites. Helps to get lowest prices when you know which hotels you want to book.

This is why my hotel chain of choice is AM Resorts. No bracelets, no reservations needed and all restaurants are open when they say they're going to open.

We stayed here last year and it was the worst resort we have ever stayed at. Only one restaurant was open at night besides that the terrible buffet. All the others closed at 5. We could never get a reservation using the app the day as instructed and they refused to make a reservation for us so we were stuck going into town and getting dinner most nights. This was a good thing because we tried restaurants outside the resort but we paid for the all inclusive. Breakfast was just ok at best. The only bar open after 5 is the one in the lobby. Unfortunately this was the only resort that had rooms for a large group of us coming in for a wedding otherwise I would never stay here again. I was hoping things would have changed but based on this video it is the same.
Thank you for the information. At this price point an all-inclusive is just not great value...especially when you can't get into the better restaurant. I think these lower end A-in-I are the Disney version...shuffle the people thru. Yep, very same experience. Sad to hear these stories.

Three hours for dinner is a nice leisurely dinner, just how it should be, I hate places that try to rush one out the door. A table reservation is just that for the whole evening from the time it is reserved for, or if one turns up on spec and is lucky enough to get one. A bit different to all inclusive in Spain on one of the Costas, can be less than €500 pp for a week including flights from elsewhere in Europe, although the drinks may be limited in the number per day to avoid excessive drunkeness if one misbehaves.

I’m right here, I’d say decent, not impressive but if you want to just chill out at the beach, It will do it, happy not to spend top $$ and I’m not a foodie, so relatively happy with the level of good & decent. Its not a party resort, not too big so you don’t spend all day walking to the room/restaurant/beach. Been to Grand palace and hated waiting for the tram to go somewhere, restaurants are bit limited but Da Vinci has many menus & seafood restaurant is nice right at the beach. @@RenataPereiraTV its not jam packed, the seats at the beach under the huts are usually gone by 8-9am but you can find seats at the pools easy. The pool balcony seats are always available, I madd reservations for dinners on app - its busy right at 9am but 5-10 min after, its all good. If it’s a peak season, I can see you may have to battle for seats and dinner though

Hola Nicolas, generalmente reservo a través de hotels.com, ya que te dan 1 noche gratis por cada 10 noches que te quedas, y con el tiempo, a medida que avanzas en sus categorías de lealtad, comienzas a obtener precios aún mejores, además de upgrades, etc. Fue así que nosotros pagamos por la habitación más barata y nos pasaron a una habitación con vistas. El link que agregué en la descripción y en el primer comentario es un link afiliado a hotels.com si deseas comparar precios.

Tal vez en los fines de semana sea más caro o entonces los días que estás buscando. Igual, usamos Hotels.com por su programa de lealtad, y hay descuentos cuando estás en las categorías más altas

Please see my other all inclusive video. There is a gotcha to these AI themes. If you are not a member or frequent guest it is hard to get into these non-buffet restaurants. you are allowed to dine in them but there is minimal seating, the app to book day of is hard to access, there maybe private events etc, etc.

Several other Cancun videos on recent travel to Cancun complained about the enormous amount of "Sargassum/Sea weed," on the beaches. QUESTION: Did you have a lot of Seaweed??
We went earlier in the year. Apparently, several comments referred to sargussum there now. Also, it appears in warmer weather and is dependent on the tides.
We went to Bali and a similar hotel would cost $150. Mexico has become incredibly expensive to the pint that it’s not any cheaper then the US. A $400 a night hotel should have
1. Heated pool
2. Pool boy that greets you and sets up your beach chat
3. Beach Hitler that serves you food and drinks at your beach chair
4. Food that doesn’t resemble cafeteria food. Food should be better then local restaurant food but it is not better.
Don't know if I would want a Beach Hitler...that kinda scares me 😂😆 But I hear ya. The whole all inclusive is new to us and it is interesting that there is so many of these hotels in Cancun.

I have been to over 30 all inclusive resorts in Mexico and The Caribbean,including Club Med,Breeze's,Hedonism,Sandals...It was worth it when i ate and drank like a fish and did nor have to pay additional for Scuba diving..at my age now...it's not worth it..although i will be going to Sandal's Grenada in December compliment of my brother..Enjoy while you have the strength and stamina..
Your favorite all inclusive? Yes, one has to really take advantage of the eating/drinking to make it worth it..otherwise you can still have the same great time without
@@RenataPereiraTV Sandals is my favorite,but it's not the same as before,my frirst trip to Sandals was over 20 years ago and was a blast..was there four years ago and not the same..and all Sandals are not the same...I will not go into details...But the owner of Sandals(Butch Stewart...RIP)was also the owner of Air Jamaica and when you flew on Air Jamaica and stayed at Sandals,you got upgraded to first class (if available)and the party started soon as you sat down..Champagne flowed..
