The confusing part for US drivers is the thought that it drops in between the CX7 and CX9 which it really doesn't. Even so, great video and the CX8 clearly doing a job Down Under!

I don’t understand why they haven’t got a sunroof on the top spec of the cx-8. And not sure why the 3rd row seating don’t have any air condition vents. Awesome job looks beautiful

I noticed Paul standing almost strategically (😂), in front of the the c pillar. After moving, I see why. I find all the cx range quite attractive vehicles, but there just seems to be something wrong or odd with that particular area of the vehicle.

Sorry Mazda, at first my budget to buy CX9, unfortunately i got to change my mind to get this CX8. Both are nice car but CX3 is the best. Previously CX5 is my first choice.

Yikes. With 450nm of torque and 140kw it'll need the AWD...laying that down through the front wheels is going to be a tire ripper.

Don't you mean Kia Carnival or Sorrento? Sportage doesn't have 7 seats

or Subaru Outback. The CX-8 is more a waggon than a SUV.

Noel L No, but a CX-8 is the same width as CX-5, has the same front-end, same engine and same dashboard. CX-8 is also shorter than CX-9. It’s a LWB CX-5, not a derivative of CX-9
