I'm going to be sad when you leave the tiny house neighborhood. As much as I enjoy watching your work progress, I feel a real connection to the little house neighborhood, and the pond. It feels very magical and other worldly.

Oh my goodness! Did the student not think that the peeling paint was an indication of a water leak from the shower? I feel for you two. The loss of your vacation together to redirect that time fixing the shower area and the additional responsibility of the repairs for the apartment below too. It might be a good idea to apply a sealant to the grout just in case. Glad you were able to replace the tile with an original tile that matches. A new project! How wonderful. It will be sad to leave your neighbors though. They will miss you and your kindnesses toward them.

Thankfully the renter finally admitted to his guilty pleasure, and the ever talented duo were able to sidetrack your original plans and repair the problem. The apartment is amazing and the view beautiful!

I can't believe that the tenant was taking 45 minute showers, wow! It's good to have you guys back. I'm looking forward to hearing your big news 🤩
My son and I were reminiscing about his long showers when he was young today. I always woke him last as he'd shower until all the hot water was gone. He said today that my oldest granddaughter now did that.
And twice/day! I take what I think are long showers and they're way less than half of that. I would bet their tenant has some form of OCD.
What a beautiful little apartment. I lived in Germany for most of my school years. I left when I was 18. I’m much much older now but when I see the European countryside and architecture, my heart aches and it makes me remember fond memories and sad ones. So sad you will be moving from your little home but so glad you will be keeping the channel.

What a pleasant surprise video from you. You both seem healthy and great weather for a little trip. Yes a bit warm but better than ice and snow. Budapest was beautiful! The apartment so pretty. I see his mark with decorations and colors. It all was so new and clean and modern styled. Loved that bedroom. The colors just pop. Happy you two got to spend time together even if it was a working trip mostly. But that van and driving through the most beautiful landscapes. Worth it all.

I started following y’all a long time ago after CZcams recommended this channel to me. You introduced Lazlo and many people sent you hate messages. I often think about that. How can people be so hateful towards a loving couple sharing a part of their life with us.
