- Spring turkey season has officially opened here in Washington, and the birds are gobbling! As much as I wanted to turkey hunt back in April, the season opened at quite an ideal time for some hot turkey action.

Boomsticked mine last Friday in Oregon. I did the same late morning hunt and first spot I set up I had a Drummer come in from a half mile, you are right about that time of day. Good job man!
Samong, I don't live far from where you hunt and appreciate your vids. The blurb about cherishing great moments is so true. I see a lot of guys shoot one bird, run after it (in that cliche, 'Southern-boy' fashion, and then want to kill their second tom immediately. Keep up the great work and enjoy the outdoors!

Another awesome enjoyable hunt to watch
Ever try bowhunting (or shotgun) turkeys over taxidermy decoys? Watching them interact and mount the decoys is crazy. Just got a taxidermy decoy jake from Saenger Outdoor Sports.

I really enjoyed this video, it shows how that you do not need a large set up, but sometimes simpler is better. I had a disappointing hunt this season and your video was a very nice pick me up. I was wondering if you could tell me the county you are hunting in.

Congrats! My turkey spot dried up this year. Couldn't locate any at all. No signs. I'm glad you were successful! I gotta find a new spot now. I'm going to try again this fall, but not holding my breath.
