      @@koskos9630 thank you - lots of newer and better content being released on channel - home health was my stepping stone to making 7 figures as an entrepreneur and still a pretty solid options for many to get a six figure base pay as they grow their own income
      streams whether that’s cash pay or something else

    Thank you. Thank you.WE NEED TO SHOUT FROM THE ROOF TOPS ABOUT THIS!!!! I have been working in home care for 12 years. Salaried worked for a while. After covid they cut hours. Wrote you up if your stats were slightly low. So I decided to go PRN with another company. 100/oasis. 65/regular visit. What they don't tell you ...is the quagmire of paperwork. I saw two new opens. It took me from 8 to 4:30 to complete the visits and paper work and I am a seasoned home care worker. That is more like 25/hour. The company I worked for had so much uneccesary documentation and constant revisions. If you are considering home health ask extensively about documentation. That will make or break you. I went back to acute care. I agree 140/open and 75 for a regular visit is the fair way to go.

    Just contracted with an agency that pays $68 for non-oasis evals and $63 for f/u. Such a scam.

      LUNA is part B and not true Home Health they have fair rates for part B, but you can work half as much and make 2x as much doing real part A Home Health - which is what this video is applicable too

    Humana and people’s health only pay the nursing agency $95-110. Per visit. They pay us $65 for regular visits and evals. $78 for admits. That’s the going rate in southern Louisiana. I may need to move to your area.! Ha.

      K S bigger name companies that you usually see sponsor csm and apta events - also can depend on branch your experience there, but basically companies that are operating in multiple states

      Carly Shevitz no HH peds is a whole
      different game that pays much less - due to the reimbursement paying much less

      yes i’ve seen it happen usually around the 40-50$ rate but i’ve seen it happen

      I personally like Kindred and Encompass as far as big agencies
      I dislike LHC because they low ball PTs and are douches IME

    These rates for visits, are they based on 1099 or W-2 positions?

      Both - these are averages as a PRN/PPV as a W2 and as a PRN/PPV 1099

      w2 - 1099 should be here at min - one of my clients that’s 1099 is currently making 22k a month because he negotiated even higher
