  • Utah Orthodox Rabbi Avrohom “Avremi” Zippel has opened up in an exclusive video interview with the Deseret News about being sexually abused by his childhood nanny for a decade.
    On Nov. 15, 2019, Rabbi Zippel’s former nanny, Alavina Fungaihea Florreich, 70, was found guilty of five counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of forcible sex abuse. She faces up to life in prison.
    Rabbi Zippel's story has gotten attention from members of the Orthodox Jewish community from Brooklyn to Israel.

    I learned a lot from this .I don’t know where you get your strength from but it’s not human , first to be sexually abused , then to get married, have kids , go to therapy , be open and honest on the very first session , then take the abuser to court and then to share the story as a orthodox rabbi. Such courage so brave

      Albert einstein stated that God does not play dice. How could that be an option if God doesn't exist? One could argue that the dice doesn't absolutely exist, and that would be more truth than arguing that God, All that Is, doesn't exist. Good news, He doesn't require permission from a man, woman, or any other creature. Isn't it written that only a fool will say there is no God? You, of course, can choose that for yourself.

    • @LusciousTwinkle
      @LusciousTwinkle Před 3 lety

      @@jmallett6081 Einstein was probably just using a figure of speach. You can see, hear. smell, taste and feel dice. You cannot do the same with god. You believe god sprang from nothing and created the universe. I cut out the middle man and believe the universe sprang from nothing. God absolutely requires permission to exist. Without humans, deities would not exist...They are man made and exist in peoples minds only.... Primitive people. I believe in one less god than you. If we were living in Rome 2500 years ago, we would both probably believe in a whole pantheon of gods...ditto Scandinavia....ditto Ireland. Today we have the luxury of readily available Science and Philosophy to help us progress beyond superstition and myth.

    • @jmallett6081
      @jmallett6081 Před 3 lety

      @@LusciousTwinkle I wondered how people could worship these beings known as the greek gods adopted by the Romans. The more I analyze it, the more I see that these gods were probably a form of the nephilim, who were the offspring of daughters of men and angels who showed such beings technology that men did not have information about. These beings thought they were better than humans, thus they forced their worship. If you look at the stories, you see a group of beings that were cruel, sexual preditors, narcissists, and basically harmful, not beneficial to mankind. Perhaps what is left of the nephilim are our so called leaders or the illuminati, who pretend they do us a service, however only use and abuse us for their own purposes. Usually all myths have some basis of truth behind it that we may not understand.
