These look awesome Phil! I like the technique you used, it is super approachable. But I want to mention your detail work is awesome and make things pop and levels it up so much!

Awesome stuff! Would love to see a similar video for your Dark Angels 🙏
I kind of struggle when choosing paint schemes. On one hand, I want my models on the darker side to fit in with the grimdarkness mood of the setting, but I also want them to pop on the tabletop. It's a really difficult balance, at least for me 😆
    Edit. Spelling is hard 😅

Yeah of all the things I may do well, spelling isn't one of them 😏

You are no dinkus. You are a mighty scion of the 1st legion. A grim example of the honor of The Unforgiven! Please follow this black clad interr..er...um....moral officer, yes black is the color of our moral. We are the unforgiven. Anyway. Keep rolling to victory Peach State brother!

I am trying hard to not make a comment about finding a paint scheme to make the breasts look larger. Sorry. OK seriously this gold scheme would look great on any mini.

Dang, that last guy could use a shave. His armpit hairs are sticking out of the pauldron already. 😬
Must be one of them "strong" women who are not into grooming... 😁 #innosensehottake
But dang those guys ended up fine. And yeah, not to be inspected in too closely, but on a table, just perfect.
Haven't even manage to build too many models lately, let alone paint, but hoping when I'm planning to move later this year, I will get a place where I can set up a dedicated hobby corner. Heard that helps quite a bit.
